Does the “GRIND CUP” button control the amount of coffee?
The “GRIND CUP” function controls the grinding time, but cannot control the amount of water in the cup. The amount of coffee you brew is determined by the amount of water you add to the water tank.
What is the size of the machine?

What is the temperature of the brewed coffee?
Freshly brewed coffee is around 75°C (167°F), and the temperature for keeping it warm is around 73°C (163.4°F). A pro tip: use room-temperature water(68-77°F) to make it for the best flavor.
How to make a strong coffee?
1. Adjust the grinder to a finer setting – finer grounds mean a stronger taste. 2. Select the “Strong” mode on the control panel to ensure proper extraction. 3. Ensure the water amount in the tank matches the cup size selected on the panel.
Why can’t the coffee beans in the bean hopper fall into the grinder during the grinding process?
Oily dark-roast beans may stick to blades. Use light/medium roasts instead. Clean weekly: tilt machine, slide back the steel baffle in grounds compartment, and brush.

Amazing Coffee Pot
My wife and I drink a lot of coffee, especially with kids. Also, we have a Costco membership. They stopped allowing the grinding of coffee at the front. It was annoying to have a separate machine to grind the coffee. This makes that very easy and the coffee tastes amazing. When it grinds the coffee it can be a bit loud when you are in the room, but I set it run automatically at 5:30 am in the morning. It does not wake us up despite the room being close by the kitchen. I was worried about the height but it fits under our standard cabinets nicely.

Think twice before buying read reviews
I was so happy and excited for this coffee maker. Loved the idea of the fresh grind and brew. Despite of the neg reviews I read, I decided to give it a shot. What a disappointment! The coffee maker stop working after 3 uses. The display completely died and we were not able to get it to turn back on. We tried resetting it but theres really no option to do so. We disconnected for several hours to see if it self reset but it never came back on.I do not recommend this product.

Very good for its great price!
It is very good at what it does. I wish it had a larger coffee beans hopper woud would measure out the beans before grinding, but that wound probably add to it ms reasonable cost. So you have to add beans for every pot. The grinder is loud, but not any more than most grinders. And it only has a 10-ounce pot instead of the 12 we had with our previous coffee maker, so we have to make more on the weekend. But overall, it functions well, has plenty of options (like pre-programming and auto-off), and it really a good value for what it does – it would cost twice as much if I got my extra features, but I decided to live with out and save somemoney. (I would rate it a 4.8 if we could – very good for its price!)

Chemical Toxic Smelly Water Basin
We were so excited about this machine. The machine itself, so far, has been working fine. However, the water basin smells like a chlorine pool. We rinsed, vinegar rinsed, washed and air dried the basin hoping for some relief. Sadly nothing has worked and I am unable to locate where or whom to contact about it. We DO NOT use tap water but purified/filter water so I know its not the water we are using. The basin has had an odder since day one and we are so concerned that it will penetrate into our bodies. Who wants to drink chemicals???

Great customer service! My coffee machine arrived with an issue, but Christina responded quickly and communicated clearly throughout the process. They sent a replacement right away, and I received the new Gevi grind and brew within a week. Really appreciate how smoothly they handled everything—very happy with the support!
