I don’t even shut it off to fill it, I’m just careful my hand doesn’t trigger a dispense while I’m unscrewing the base. Has a window in the front so you always know how full it is at a glance.Works every time within 1/20 of a second of sensing your hand – wicked fast. Shows charge status every time you use it. Easy to charge with any USB-C cable, fully charged and ready to give you another 100+ hands-free soap dispenses in no time. Easy to use, no mess and pleasing to the eye
This is our second automatic soap dispenser and we couldn’t be more pleased with it. The sleek, simple design compliments every room and the unit blends in with the decor which is aesthetically pleasing. It is light-weight and comes in a variety of colors to complement any design. The touch sensor works really well. You simply place your hand under it and soap dispenses at the level of your choice, as there are four options to choose from. There is no mess or cleanup resulting from use of the dispenser. The unit is easy to control and program and easy to fill. The opening is a decent size so you can easily pour soap into it without spilling any on the counter or unit. I like how there is a window in the back which allows you to monitor the level of soap to know when the unit needs a refill. The unit came packaged nicely with everything you need, including a charging cable and wall mounts. The unit charged quickly and was ready for use shortly upon receipt of it. The battery last a good amount of time reducing the need to charge the unit. The 18 month warranty is an added perk which causes this soap dispenser to stand out. I would recommend this automatic soap dispenser to anyone looking for function, convenience, design and use.

Great product until it fails and then there’s no hope in sight.I’ve had this product for just over a year and it’s been great. Suddenly it has stopped working. It still charges, the lights still flicker indicating the infrared hand sensor still works. I’ve flushed the pump and followed all the online suggestions, and nothing has gotten it working again. I’ve had zero luck finding any contact number for the company despite the Amazon page for this item showing “professional” troubleshooting assistance. The “click for warranty” section of the site goes nowhere. So it’s a great product, until it isn’t. And then you’re on your own. Thankfully it’s fairly inexpensive so it won’t break the bank buying a new one every year, but I also don’t think it’s unfair to expect this kind of product to last longer than just one year, either.

Easy to use
All of the settings are on top easy to see and change settings. It’s NOT ultra-sensitive which is what I was afraid of, squirting soap when anything was near it. I love that it’s hands-free. I keep mine near the kitchen sink so it’s handy when handling raw meat/fish. Functional yet elegant- looking so I also ordered one for the guest bathroom. Perfect size, no leakage, and durable. I dropped it and not even a ding in it. I’ve had mine for a year now and no problems.

I really like this automatic soap dispenser! It has a clean, modern look that fits nicely on my counter. Bought it in May, still works great. I use to have a Lysol soap dispenser, great design, sturdy, lasted me a long time. Unfortunately they stopped selling them here (Canada) a few months before the pandemic. Talk about a wasted opportunity… So far this is a good replacement for it. I was a bit skeptical at first, especially the USB recharge instead of batteries. But the charge lasts a really long time and recharging it is pretty quick. It works well and I love that you can set the amount of soap that comes out (4 levels).Very satisfied, hope it lasts a while.

Love this in my kitchen. Keeps my dirty hands from touching the dispenser. But it also means hard water, dripping from my hands, doesn’t get into the pump and stop it from working. Battery seems to last longer than the soap in the reservoir does, but that’s not a bad thing!

I purchased a second dispenser for another bathroom in our residence to replace a much older, battery-operated liquid soap unit. The unit consists of an upper pump and control unit and a bottom reservoir to hold the foaming soap. We use Method foaming soap refills available from Amazon. Set up is relatively easy after reading the multi-lingual instructions. It is necessary to charge the device with the included USB cable (you have to supply your own adapter – we use Samsung Fast Adapters) before installation. It can be wall-mounted with an included fastener (we just sit ours on the countertop). Fill the reservoir with up to 400 ml of foaming soap (liquid soap does NOT work), then adjust the top controls to dispense the desired amount of soap – the instructions indicate how to do this. Recommended.
