Works great and very functional
Just an awesome device., easy to install. The App works great. My Mom and Mother in-law have a hard time remembering numbers so the finger print option is great and super easy to set up. The temporary codes is a a nice option as well. would strongly recommend. I guess if I were to complain about one thing it would be color options. Other than that, 5 stars.

Ease of exchange
I received the door lock, followed instructions. Installation was easy. However, the electronics did not work correctly. I called the help number that was provided on a large card in the box. They walked me through resetting it. That did not help the situation. The company sent me a brand new lock. I had it in 2 days. It works perfectly, I have no complaints and have already recommended to a friend. Great product, great service.

Awesome product- Needs Gateway adapter
I just installed this on my Airbnb. I was very impressed with how smooth the set up was with the app and setting up the different codes. The fingerprint option and the little card they give you is also great. However, read the fine print. My very first Airbnb booking, I went to change the code and it told me I was “off-line”. It turns out that this device only has Bluetooth access and so the only way I can change the code is if my phone is right next to it. This doesn’t work for a rental. I called Customer Service and spoke with Collette. She was so helpful. They sent me a gateway to be able to access it through the Wi-Fi. I haven’t received it yet, but I will definitely recommend this product and their customer service, just make sure that you buy the gateway with it!

Good Product, Great Customer Support
I ordered this product based on the reviews. The initial lock did not work properly, I contacted the customer service team and Aaron was very helpful in assisting with the troubleshooting issues. After the initial phone conversation, he kept up timely communication via text until I was able to get a replacement and ensured that the replacement worked well. Now installed, the new lock is performing as desired. Thanks again Aaron.
