Impressed! Super easy setup and very reliable.
I was looking for a smart lock that didn’t cost a fortune but still felt secure, and the Sifely has exceeded my expectations. If you are on the fence about switching to a keyless entry, this is a fantastic entry point.The Setup:Installation was surprisingly simple. I’m not exactly a “handyman,” but I had the old deadbolt out and this one fully installed in about 15 minutes. It fit perfectly into the existing holes in my door, so there was no drilling required. The instructions were clear and easy to follow.Ease of Use:The app is very intuitive. Pairing the lock via Bluetooth was instant, and setting up fingerprints and codes for the family took no time at all. I especially love the fingerprint scanner—it’s fast and actually works on the first try, which isn’t always the case with these types of locks.Pros:• Multiple Entry Options: Fingerprint, passcode, key fob, and physical key. It’s basically impossible to get locked out.• Auto-Lock: You can set it to lock automatically after a few seconds, which gives me great peace of mind.• Build Quality: It feels heavy and well-made, not like cheap plastic.One Tip:If you want to unlock the door remotely (like when you aren’t home), you do need to buy the Sifely Gateway separately. Easy to install and work well.
I have 3 Sifely locks and have been very satisfied with them. They are easy to program and flexible, such that you can setup a onetime passcode. I have them set to automatically lock each evening. The locks have been solid and reliable. I don’t use the fingerprint feature or the physical keys but I do often open the lock via the app.I bought the Gateway with the first 2 locks and the latest one uses WiFi. The range of the Gateway is limited and only covers on of the locks.I would recommend these locks.

Great lock, amazing value
Prior to this we had a Kwikset 917. Fine lock but basic. This Sifely lock is 40% less than a new 917 and offers far more functionality.Smarter design, easy peasey to set up and connect to the Sifely app (no hubs needed).It just works. It came with keys, electronic tags and the fingerprint reader works too. It connected to wifi easily.I recommend it

Easy installation and use
Installation was simple. The features work as advertised and there was no problem controlling the lock from the app. Overall satisfied with the purchase.

Fabulous lock, but stock up on batteries!
It has worked amazingly well. We have it in a rental condo. We wanted to use the app to enter our own unique codes for visitors. The only way to do this remotely was through a gateway. It easily connected to the gateway and everything appears to be functioning properly. The fingerprint read is awesome when we visit. I am knocking this down to 4 starts because batteries sometimes don’t even last 2 weeks with regular use. (I tried rechargeable batteries, but for some reason they seem to be low on power according to the app.)

Very good quality lock
This is my second time Sifely lock, it looks very high end, and feels on hands very heavy, very good quantity, I installed it very fast because this is my second time to install it, you can do it yourself within 15 minutes with a screwdriver, download the app and connect the WiFi easy and simple, but the WiFi must be the 2.4GHz, I am using it very conveniently now, first time of my purchase, I don’t know how to reset my main password, I contacted the customer service, a lady gave me very helpful and friendly support, I don’t have any complaints about this item.

Great Lock But Wi-Fi remote access doesn’t always work
Update: they are trying to get it to work it does most of the time..Does not stay connected to Wi-Fi. This is why I bought it for remote access but it’s iffy work sometimes then it doesn’t.. it’s 10 ft away from the router..They tried fixing it I got another same issue..It’s just unreliable if you need to unlock it from your phone remote access

Be careful, could be a Fire hazard.
Install was easy. Setting it up w the app was easy. After about 10 minutes I could smell the batteries getting hot. I took off the battery cover and two of the batteries wrapping was starting to peal off they were so hot. Ordered a replacement to see if I got a dud. Will update.Edit: got a replacement and it works as it should although the wi-fi will not stay connected even though the router is 20 ft away.
