Super convenient and easy to use
Really happy with this smart padlock! I love having multiple ways to unlock it — app, passcode, card, and key — super convenient.Setup was quick, and the app works well. The keypad lights up at night, which is a nice touch. Perfect for my gate/garage and makes life a lot easier.

Great lock with many features.
Amazing clever lock. Very strong, and well made. Using it for a fence gate. EZ to set up. Download the Esmartlock app, set up account. You have 4 ways to open lock. 1. Your own code on the lock, 2. keys provided, 3. digital small security card that I give to my gardener to open lock and you can unlock directly from the app. Very clever engineering. The directions are printed very small but the app is very intuitive and pretty ez to set up. It will need to be charged at some point in its lifetime and comes with charger but you have the keys to open if all else fails. I charged it and the app showed me how much battery life.Time and usage will tell. Hope it withstands the Florida rains and heat……..don’t hesitate to buy.

This smart padlock works exactly as described! The fingerprint unlock is super fast and reliable, and having the backup key gives me extra peace of mind. It feels heavy-duty and sturdy, great for securing my shed and storage. Setup was easy, and the app works smoothly. Highly recommend!

Unable to utilize app does not work
Regardless of what you do, it will not let you create an account. You follow the prompts and then it says no account exists totally useless without the app.

We will see how it works this winter in sub zero cold. So far so good.
We will see how well it does this winter when the cold hits. Easy enough to set up. The reason for the 4 stars not 5 is the fact that it cannot be set for a 4 digit code. I really don’t need 8 digit security.

Best smart lock ever
The best thing I bought this year . Everything works just great. Very secure, very easy to to use. They are at least three way that you can unlock the lock. You can remote control it . Just one of kind

Charge Lasts a Short Time
I have had this lock less than a year. Within the last month, I have noticed that the lock only keeps a charge for a week. Thus is very frustrating. Before then the charge lasted a month or more.
