Amazon Fire TV Soundbar Plus (newest model) with built-in subwoofer, 3.1 channel, Dolby Atmos, clear dialogue

Very nice all-in-one soundbar that works seamlessly with your FireTV or any other TV.
I have a HiSense FireTV and though the TV has built in speakers, you do not get the sound quality you would get without a soundbar or full surround system setup. I opted for the Fire TV Soundbar Plus for an all-in-one audio experience. The addition of the built in subwoofer really makes a big difference.The listing pictures and description are accurate. The soundbar arrived in a nice and sturdy box. Included as a box with a mounting kit (in case you wanted to mount the soundbar on the wall), a remote control with batteries for the soundbar (not needed if you’re connecting it to a FireTV), power cord, HDMI cable, and small instruction book. I didn’t need to read the manual; that’s how easy it is to set up. Simply plug the included HDMI cable into the soundbar and the other end into the eARC HDMI port on the TV and you’re literally all set up. Installing was less than 5 minutes for me.Turning on my TV automatically turned on the soundbar and it was immediately recognized. The sound bar brought tv audio to life with the built in 3 full range speakers, 3 tweeters, and 2 woofers. No more having to turn the volume way up on the tv to actually hear it anymore. There is optional an audio connection for optical connection and USB port. The soundbar also supports Bluetooth connection in case you’d like to play audio from you phone for example to the soundbar without having to turn the tv on. I thought that was a nice feature.The FireTV Soundbar Plus Dolby Atmos, DTS:X, and DTS: TruVolume right out of the box. Do note that the soundbar is quite long at 37″ in length. For best results, you would want to place the soundbar under the tv or about level with your ears when seated to watch tv. The sound is amazing for being a small profile soundbar. The audio output is very bright, clear, and immerssive. From highs to lows, this little soundbar was well designed to provide an all around, immersive, all-in one speaker solution when comparing it with the speakers the tv comes with. With the soundbar currently discounted, it is definitely a great value for the cost. You can’t go wrong with this sound bar. If you’re into more rumbling bass with your movies, consider the Soudbar Plus w/ external Subwoofer. If you want the ultimate in surround sound experience then the Fire TV Soundbar Plus with subwoofer and surround speakers is the way you’d want to go. For me, this was all I needed. Definitely recommend this soundbar if you’re looking for clear audio, with more audio range, depth of sound, and an immersive experience.

Amazing soundbar, easy setup and unique touches in design
I want to preface this that I have used some of the best companies for my soundbar setup in the past (ie, Bose, Sony and Samsung soundbar). I have struggled with setup and then fine tuning the sound. Bose was one of the worst with their app setup and connection to WiFi absolutely horrible setup process.I decided I wanted something easier and better sound. I came across this soundbar and was intrigued that is designed to work with fire tv, I have an Insignia TV with fire tv built in for the smart tv aspect.I received the new soundbar plus in good time and setup was amazing. I made the necessary connection to hdmi connection and power to a surge protector ( hdmi cable is included). Tv was off/in standby mode and decided to turn on the soundbar, in approximately 30 seconds the soundbar announced, Amazon uses the Alexa voice which I thought was a cute touch, it was connected to the Insignia FireTV.I am very pleased with the whole process, used the included wall mount, since my TV is also wall mounted. Amazon includes a template for wall mounting.One thing I would like to point out is since most people will connect to TV they already have. Go into sound settings and delete any sound profiles and turn on TV speaker, remember I have a a firetv so things are automatically changed by the soundbar, other TV smart tv setup might/ will be different. If you have a TV with firetv built in setup is very easy, or so it was on my Insignia TV.Love the center speaker for voice enhancement this is really cool and has 5 settings. Sound quality needs to be adjusted for your liking. The included soundbar remote lets you handle all the settings without having to go into TV menu.Overall I am very pleased with my set up experience and the quality of the soundbar plus, I chose the soundbar without the subwoofer as I am not into rumbling low tones some movies output. Due to the complexity of hdmi there is bit of a lag with the sound being output to speakers, this is Not a flaw, it happens with all soundbar connected to arc/e arc.Amazon, you totally hit it out of the park with this whole setup, features, compatibility and quality of the Soundbar plus, thank you so much to all the engineers putting this together and ease of use.

Some of the reviews for the Amazon Fire TV Soundbar Plus had me a bit concerned, but those doubts quickly vanished after testing.Firstly, you need to manage your expectations. This is a soundbar, not a home cinema surround. The sound you get from this will be much better than your TV speakers, and noticeably better than a cheaper soundbar you may be upgrading from.Just in case it wasn’t clear from the product description, you DO NOT need a Fire TV for this to work. I have mine connected to a PS5 and projector using a good quality HDMI sound splitter that supports ARC. My PS5 is currently set to Dolby Atmos (my preferred choice), although you could set the output to DTS as well if you prefer. I’ve tested both, and they work.This product comes with a small remote that contains all of the buttons you’ll need to change the sound settings, and you will receive audible announcements from the soundbar itself when you change them. There are several different sound settings to choose from, including music, movies, night mode, and sports. There are also independent buttons to adjust bass, treble, and dialogue level (one of my favorite features).The bass itself is definitely noticeable, and you can feel it. That being said, if you want your entire room to shake as well as the dishes in your cabinets, then you will not find that here.Overall, I am completely satisfied with this product so far. I upgraded from another soundbar and this one is a measurable upgrade in quality and clarity. So if you’re looking for an affordable soundbar without breaking the bank, then I’d suggest you seriously consider this Amazon Fire TV Soundbar Plus.
