Secure, Sturdy, Easy-Installation, Great Price
I purchased this knob to protect some personal items in my office; it works great! I was nervous because some of the reviews complained about the functionality of the locking function.The knob was very easy to install (just like any other doorknob) and there is a lock on the inside so the door can be locked from the person on the inside (just like a regular knob). I was also afraid that the knob would be weak or flimsy/breakable but it is so sturdy and strong!The only trouble I had was with the app – it’s a little tricky to get to sync the device and then I wanted to add my spouse and that was also not-simple but I figured it out. (My recommendation is to install the knob before syncing to the app). Once the app is set up and you add the fingerprints, you don’t need to fuss with the app anymore. The app allows you to unlock the knob with a swipe-button and keeps a log of who unlocked the door. I turned off the knob beep with the app, as well. I also tested the knob by deleting the app and the knob still worked; it also works without WiFi or when the power is out.The battery life on this knob is SO good; I’ve only charged it once since I installed it (four months ago). The kit comes with a key to unlock the knob (just in case) but haven’t had to use it at all. It’s very easy to charge and it charges quickly.I think the only thing that could use improvement is the app. I am happy with this purchase and the price seemed very reasonable to me. I would purchase another one and have recommended this lock to friends and family.This lock does everything I needed and I am very satisfied.Video description: trying to turn the knob without unlocking and then using the thumbprint to unlock, closing the door and showing the door is locked and unlocking again (with the thumbprint).

Good smart door lock.
Works good. The fingerprint recognition is not perfect and sometimes struggles to detect the fingerprint. The code method works flawlessly. It was very easy to install. Overall I like it a lot. Almost all of the other locks I was interested in, had the same fingerprint issue. For the price it does the job and security wise it feels like it does what a door lock is supposed to do.

Great handle!
I have a duplex, with patio doors that connect with a back porch. We are often back and forth but don’t like leaving doors unlocked. This is great for our need! I purchased two! It allows us to come and go freely without needing to go back for keys when the doors locked! My kids pushing buttons messed it up and my admin code wouldn’t work, but the lock reset came in handddy! Works great!!

Easy to set up and use
It was honestly a lot easier to install than I thought it would be. I didn’t realize but the app is designed for an entire smart home, not just the door knobs. The hardest part was figuring out the app and getting it set up. All in all it probably took me less than 30 minutes from opening the package to completing. I would definitely recommend and will probably purchase again. The fingerprint recognition is ok, but you have to angle your fingerprint and the specific door Im using it on makes it a little bit awkward. The lock is good and durable, its quick to open, and you can easily turn off the beeping. It also works as a normal lock with a key and knob if thats what you want. Overall its pretty good just a bit bulky and you can notice how big it is if you really look at it, otherwise, just passing by you would never be able to tell.

Easy to use
Love it! Took me a bit to set up but got it. It connected to the app quickly. I had another one before this and so far I love this one so much more. Highly recommend! If you can’t figure it out by reading it, there’s a video you can watch on YT that shows you step by step. Got this on sale and I’m absolutely loving it.

Best doorknob
I love these locks. They are easy to install and work really well. Only my spouse seems to have an issue opening the doors as her fingerprints keep changing, which makes me question if she is really a human. The app is really easy to use and setup. I was surprised to see that when I installed the app, I had some other devices that I could now control from the application. I had bought a total of five of these doorknobs, over the last six months. The first one I installed is finally telling me it’s on a low battery. These are some of my best purchases off amazon.
