How can I achieve the best wireless charging experience?
For the best results, use the included 65W or higher adapter. Avoid thick or non-magnetic phone cases. If you use a case, choose an Apple MagSafe case. Cases thicker than 2.5 mm may reduce charging efficiency.
Is this product compatible with Android devices?
This product is designed specifically for iPhones, so we don’t recommend using it with Android devices for the best charging performance. For more details, please check the Compatibility section in the product listing.
How do I use the touch area for operations?
Swipe or tap the bottom touch area to navigate. Swipe to switch menus, tap to confirm, double-tap for Sleep Mode, hold 2s to turn off display, hold 7s to reset Bluetooth, or 15s to restore factory settings.
What is the maximum charging power of the Apple Watch charging module? Is the charging angle adjustable?
The module supports up to a maximum of 5W, and is MFI-certified by Apple. During charging, it automatically adjusts power to ensure battery safety and performance. It features a fixed 40° angle for stability and clear display during charging.
Why is the clock screensaver time not accurate?
The clock screensaver requires a one-time Bluetooth calibration to set the correct time. After callibration, the time remains accurate while the device stays powered. If the device is powered off or reset, reconnect via Bluetooth to recalibrate.

A whole lotta charger for the price
Let’s get this out of the way first: the Anker Prime MagSafe Charger is one of the most expensive, if not the most expensive, 3-in-1 wireless chargers out there. You can find plenty of cheaper options, but as the saying goes, you get what you pay for, and there’s a lot here that justifies the price.The standout feature is Qi 2.2 25W charging. You’ll pay extra for faster charging, but this is one of the few chargers that gives you multiple charging modes (Boost, Ice, and Sleep) depending on your needs. The Ice mode, which keeps your phone cool while charging, is a big deal for long-term battery health, especially if you tend to keep your phone for a few years.The built-in Apple Watch charger supports fast charging, too. My older Belkin 3-in-1 was fine for the first wave of Apple Watches that supported fast charging (Series 7), but slow with my Ultra 2 and 3. I have verified this one charges at 5W, which makes a noticeable difference.It also handles AirPods charging without issue, no slowdowns or inconsistency so far.You can customize settings through the touchscreen, though it’s not very responsive. I recommend downloading the Anker app, pairing it via Bluetooth, and running a firmware update. The app makes adjustments much easier than using the on-device controls.Overall, I’m not sure I’d pay full retail for it, but if you catch it on sale, grab it. It’s a premium charger that feels built to last for years.

This is by far one of the best chargers I have purchased for my Apple products. The Anker Prime MagSafe Charger stands out in every way—from the lightning-fast charging of my Apple Ultra 3 and AirPods 3 to the incredible cooling feature for charging my 17 Pro Max, this charger truly has it all. The included photos show the charger’s height and display, as well as my dbrand AirPods 3 case positioned on the charging base for reference.Right from the unboxing, the solid build quality is evident and unlike anything I’ve encountered with previous chargers. The sturdy metal stand and base give it a reassuring weight that keeps everything in place, while the user-friendly touchscreen makes it a breeze to manage all charging features with ease.Speaking of breeze, I tried out the cooling feature today and was blown away. My phone didn’t warm up or develop any hot spots on the back during charging—if anything, it felt cooler than ever before. This level of cooling efficiency is a game changer, making the charging process not just fast but also safe for your devices.The customizable features accessible through the intuitive touchscreen allow you to fine-tune your charging experience, which is by far the best I’ve ever seen. I’ve had this charger for only a few days, and I can’t say enough about its amazing efficiency and speed.For me personally, if I were to add a few features to the charger, I would love to see the cooling feature extended to the watch charger as well, and maybe a magnetic base for the AirPods. While everything works amazingly well, it can sometimes be a bit tricky to align your AirPods case properly to the base, and the watch can become a little warm while charging—similar to using the provided Apple charging puck that comes with the watch. Aside from these small suggestions, the charger is #1 in my book.I highly recommend the Anker Prime MagSafe Charger for all Apple product users. As always, Anker has truly knocked it out of the park with this charger—outstanding!

Anker is $$$ but, sleek quality products.
The price is steep for sure, snag one used or if listed on sale. Solid unit, functionality is on point. Keeps phone cool, charges quick, and cooling system is very quiet. Cord is braided, 5ft. The unit doesn’t have enough weight or grip to hold itself in place when removing your phone, needs kind of a peel motion or support when pulling off your phone. Otherwise, the head swivels to adjust viewing angle.

Excellent product. It may seem a bit pricey, but it’s definitely worth it.The magnet is strong enough to hold the phone securely, even with a lower-quality case. I’ve been using it for about six months with an iPhone 17 Pro and an Apple Watch, and it works great.The size is just right, and it operates very quietly compared to similar products.The base is sturdy enough to handle accidental bumps when placing or removing the phone, especially at night.The functionality is solid, and the different charging modes are very useful if you need faster charging.Overall, it’s worth the price, and I definitely recommend it.

Excellent product. Yes it is expensive but it works great. At first I thought the cooling fan was going to be gimmicky but it does a fantastic job of keeping the phone cool during charging and even at maximum speed it is very quiet. The magnetic mount really holds the phone and watch. No danger of it falling off due to a wide and heavy base.
