As with MagSafe Charger, to extend the lifespan of your battery, if the battery gets too warm, software might limit charging above 80 percent. When the temperature drops, it will charge again. It will always be safe.
Can I use a 5W or 12W USB power adapter for it?
I’m afraid not. Please use 18W, 20W, or higher power wall adapters instead of 5W or 12W.

In some cases yes. To avoid any potential interactions with these types of medical devices, please keep your magnetic wireless charger a safe distance (more than 12 inches / 30 cm) away from your medical devices.

They work well
I bought a 2 pack of these when the price was next to nothing. These are so good. I can’t go back to plugging in a cable to my phone. Charges quickly and efficiently. Worked with my iPhone SE, currently works with my iPhone 15, my Airpods Pro, and another earbuds case that has wireless charging. Great value for the money, but I don’t know what they cost now. I think I paid around $15 USD for 2, and after having these for a while, I probably would pay twice that for these.

Slow charging, hot
I have an iphone 16e and this makes it so hot it burns me. It also charges incredibly slow. I meant to return it but forgot so I guess it is going in the trash.I’m changing the stars above since the company reached out and attempted to trouble shoot. They then refunded my money. At least the service and communication were great!

good quality, Slow charging speed
This is the slowest charger I’ve ever tried. I intended to buy this charger to use it in my car, but it charged waaay to slow, at first I tought it was because of the USB-A type conection available in the car (we all know, fast charging comes through USB-C voltage specs) so I tought that was the problem, until I decided to test it in my desktop where I use all my other chargers, turns out this is the slowest and most dangerous (heat) way to charge my phone, it takes up to 5h to go from 20% to 80 and it overheats a lot to the point I can’t even touch the charger (it heats up the phone too), I tought I might use it in my car for emergencies, but that’s not what I bought it for so I will return it.Overall the charger has a nice built, some metal alloy with a good finish and a loooong sturdy (way to sturdy for my taste) cable, the usb converter is a great add-on and one of the reasons I bought it, but the charging speed is a dealbreaker for me.

Great buy, love the attached USB adapter!
I love this thing! My iPhone 13’s jack is no longer reliable so I bought this to charge through the MagSafe. It’s hard to find a MagSafe charger with a standard USB connection (which is how my couch and car connect) and I love that this one has both options ATTACHED to it. I have ADHD and a three year old; I would absolutely lose the unattached adapter the first day. I also love the blue color, I always strive to find different color cables so they are easily identifiable in a bag/drawer. I just bought a second one, great value and quality, especially for the price!
