Expensive junk don’t waste your money!!
I fell for all of the marketing and decided to buy this. I have an Ecoflow Delta Pro battery system which worked great with a manual transfer switch. I hoped this box would give me greater flexibility in the beach apartment where I keep those batteries given the Teri le electricity problems there.Boy was I wrong! I spent the box, $2500 for an electrician and his supplies, $400 for the breakers (they don’t come with the box) and an airplane ticket to the beach location. We installed the box and it didn’t start! Spent a whole day calling tech support. It’s not US based- it’s a group of poorly trained folks with very poor English. They promised they would have someone call me “between 24-48 hours”- all while I sat in the dark with no electricity whatsoever! In the end, I had a ticket to return home and had to leave the apartment off- no alarm system, no fridge.It’s been 3 weeks and I still can’t get a senior tech support person. Every day I call and email and try to get an appointment time with someone to help us through the install. Every day they say they will call back within 48 hours. It’s like they know they had the sale but they’re way out there in China where they are unaccountable and can get away with anything. I am not even sure why Amazon allows them to sell here with such dishonest practices.If I could uninstall it and return it I would do it in a heartbeat. Problem is that it weighs 114 lbs and I have even made holes on the wall for the cables etc. So getting rid of it will cost me thousands more.So learn from my mistake and stay away from this heap of junk. I wish I had looked at Anker or other companies who offer similar systems. They seem to have better support.

Do not trust EcoFlow
I paid EcoFlow to install this last year. I’m still waiting on someone to install it and have spent the time between sending emails begging for someone to do something or even schedule a day to do it! I now have to figure out how to send this pile of junk back to them.
