When sensing, the blue light keeps flashing and no foam comes out?
If there is any obstruction in the sensing area, the anti-mistouch mechanism will be automatically triggered, resulting in abnormal use. Just wipe off the obstruction.
How to adjust the foam output?
The foam model does not support adjustment. We have set the most suitable gear. If you feel that the foaming amount is not enough, just sense it again.
How to choose soap products?
For the foam version, it is recommended to use a foam soap product directly. If you only have regular gel soap, please dilute it with water before adding it.
Can black sponge be used?
Black sponges may not be used because they absorb infrared light.
The blue light blinks while being charged and then turns solid, but the soap dispenser will not turn on？
The charging temperature is too high, causing the charging to be suspended, not fully charged. Please use the provided charging cable. Use a regular slow charging charger or slow charging USB port at home.

Clean and good battery life
I love this. I can use bath and body works hand soaps in this or buy the big refills from ba tbh annd body works or make my own. It matches my bathroom too. Had it for a few weeks and have not needed to recharge it yet. Dispenses the perfect amount of soap and the sensor does not dispense soap unless your hand is under it.

Worth the splurge
Love this soap dispenser. Sleek and convenient. I should really buy another for our guest bathroom because it gives great fancy vibes. It does need charged periodically; I’d guess around every 2 months with normal use-it may have even gone longer. Make sure to dilute your soap properly to ratio: read the directions, don’t be like me. Done right, great big squirt of foam, enough soap to properly wash your hands and look cool doing it.

I had high expectations on this soap dispenser. I loved the look n feel, the color and the mechanism, despite its mostly plastic, the mate finishing an and the old school body design was incredible.I read tons of reviews and most of the people say it works great….. buuuuuut, wait at least 40 days…. And it simply stops working.Either the led light starts blinking red, switches from one gear to the other without even touching or simply doesn’t turn on.In the instructions, clearly says if there’s a “red light blinking”, power off, wipe the sensing area and power in again. Hmmmm, as if this solves the structural problem.Since it stoped working, my “inner engineer” told me: don’t just stand there! Find out why!!!Since the product was totally wasted and useless, I opened the mechanisms to find a terrible surprise: the electric parts (battery, engine, circuit and wires) were absolutely swimming in soap, and the battery and engine were sulfated and rusted. This is a killer. This means the system was not well designed to contain liquids from coming inside the system. How come they say it’s IPX5??? 😱This is a death sentence alert of bad (veeeeeery bad) waterproof design. The barrel that holds the battery and engine only has one silicon washer that separates the sucking tube system, and it doesn’t avoid liquid (soap!) to filter to the battery casing, and the circuit where the leds and sensors are don’t even have a silicon washer to isolate liquids from touching the electric system. This is like building a car and forgetting to put wheels on it!In other words. This is pure fake and fatal design. Useless from the very design of the product. Please save your money! You can stop here and go look for something else.I’m guessing all the good reviews were made in the close few days after unboxing the product …. And would love to hear from them if after more than a month this good looking but worthless device really works.Oh, btw…. Pictures are not needed, since it really looks beautiful outside… so it’s the mechanisms engineering and design the features that make this product useless!!

works just like I expected
I wanted an automatic foaming soap dispenser for the 2nd bathroom. This was the size/volume I was looking for and the trim in that bathroom is dark, so this color was perfect. It works like it should. It spits out a nice volume of soap per “dose”. Easy to recharge and get back into use. very happy

Stopped working after 3 months
The soap dispenser was working great but completely stopped dispensing soap 3 months later. I even bought a second unit before the first stopped working so I will be returning the second unit. I tried the troubleshooting instructions and that was unsuccessful.UPDATE:The seller contacted me and was kind enough to offer a replacement or refund even though my return window has closed. This was not necessary by the seller but reinforced their status as a good vendor!

I love this soap dispenser, it looks very modern and goes great In my kitchen. You can tap the button on the top to choose how much soap comes out, hold it down to turn it off and it’s rechargeable. Great product and would highly recommended.

Perfect automatic soap dispenser!
A perfect soap dispenser! I have it in the kitchen and it’s so nice not needing to touch the soap dispenser when my hands are messy from cooking. The recharging function is great and the charge lasts a long time. I have black stone countertops and the dispenser is aesthetically pleasing to look at on the counter by the sin.. The motion detector is sensitive and the foaming quality is great. It holds quite a bit of diluted soap, which seems to last forever. I am ordering more for other sinks.

Not great for kids. Spills easily.
The dispenser looks nice and works the way it’s supposed to, but is maybe not the best option for kids. I got this dispenser for my kids to use in their bathroom, hoping it would minimize the mess of spilled soap, too much soap, and a slimy soap bottle. However, the lid doesn’t lock, which while makes for easy re-filling, also means that if you accidentally pick it up by the pump instead of the base, the two piece will separate, dropping the bottom portion on the counter and spilling soap everywhere. This has happened two times already where my 7 year old accidentally picked it up by the top and soap spilled EVERYWHERE. Huge mess. Opposite of what I was going for. A simple quarter-turn twist lock on the lid would be enough to prevent this from happening. I’ve taken this dispenser out of the kids’ bathroom for now and am shopping for a replacement with a locking lid, but have not found one with this safety feature yet. It’s a shame because I like everything else about it. Just not a good fit for young children.

Great: exactly as advertise. I use normal hand soap diluted on a 1:3 ratio with water. Battery lasts long as well: have to charge them maybe once a month or not even.

Great automatic soap dispenser- I have one in each of the bathrooms. I really like that it opens fully for easier loading and cleaning. I didn’t realize they were plastic when I got them – they look like my old ceramic manual dispenser
