Loose lock
We might have just gotten a bad one but this didn’t work out for us would not stay tight on the door almost falling of within a week already had to replace it. Within a couple of days of posting this the seller contacted me and was one of the best experiencesI’ve ever had with customer service. They refunded my money then a day or two later sent me another lock free of charge and said if I had any issues at all to contact them and they would resolve the problem. Bumping up to 5 stars because of their customer service. Give this company a try if you need a door lock and a company to back their product 100%.

The process of bringing groceries home has become less difficult. Taking out the garbage without having to carry keys has been a more convenient experience. Now that I don’t have to worry about whether or not I’ve forgotten my keys, going outside to do a quick errand or to get something from the vehicle is a situation that I find less irritating. Because it reduced the amount of friction that occurs on a regular basis, this device seemed like it was worth purchasing very immediately. A keyless lock, as I discovered early on, alters your routine far more quickly than I had anticipated it would. After just a few days, I had already broken the habit of reaching for my keys whenever I encountered them. As a result, the process of entering and exiting became more expedient and straightforward. When you use the front door numerous times a day, even something as seemingly little as that might add up to a significant amount. It made the process of entering the building seem more streamlined, and after some time had passed, that streamlined routine began to feel more natural. In most cases, I consider this to be a positive indicator since it indicates that the product is doing its function without requiring constant care. I have used it several times throughout the day over the course of the previous few weeks, and the thing that I desired the most was regularity. There was no need for me to have anything dazzling. I wanted something that would maintain the same level of responsiveness regardless of whether it was a hurried morning, a late evening, or a brief excursion outdoors. My experience has been that way up to this point. My experience with it has shown that it functions in a manner that is consistent with my expectations, and this consistency is precisely what is important in a product that is associated with your house.

Clear keypad, convenient for families
This smart lock has been easy for our household to use. Function wise, the keypad numbers are large and readable, even at night, and the backlight helps without being blinding. The buttons respond quickly when you press them, no “double tap” frustration.What I like is having options. Some people prefer a code, some want a physical key, and having a card option is especially helpful for kids coming home after school (less chance of losing a key). Installation was straightforward, and it looks good on the door without looking bulky. Being able to manage access through the app (like setting a temporary code) is also convenient when you need to let someone in.

The lock body feels solid and well built, and it doesn’t look bulky once mounted. The keypad area is clear and easy to read, with numbers that are large to see without needing to look closely. Pressing the buttons feels responsive, and entering a code works smoothly. This model also includes fingerprint access along with a traditional keyhole option. I like that it adds some flexibility depending on how you prefer to unlock the door. The fingerprint sensor quickly recognizes it once it’s set up.One detail I appreciated during installation was that the outer plate covered the slight wear marks left by the old lock on our door. Once installed, it made the door look cleaner and more updated.
