Awesome Sound Machine!
I’ve been using this sound machine with a built-in alarm clock for a couple of months now in our daughter’s room. This sound machine has quickly become a must-have in our nightly routine. What really stands out is the variety and quality of the 30 soothing sound options. It does a fantastic job of blocking out background noise (traffic, neighbors, etc.) and helping my daughter fall asleep faster. The sound quality is clean, consistent, and non-looping, which makes a huge difference when you’re using it for hours overnight.Other nice touches:Adjustable volume levelsDimmer for the clock display, so it doesn’t light up the whole roomSleep timer that automatically shuts off the sound after a set timeIf you’re looking for a versatile sound machine that doubles as a reliable alarm clock, this one is well worth it!

Good, inexpensive, multi function device
Overall, a good inexpensive device that can be an alarm clock, night light, white noise machine, and/or nature sound machine.Pros:- The device has a clean, neutral, modern look to it, that makes it blend in with a variety of interior designs.- The power supply is USB-C (too many cheaper other things still use micro USB).- The device works with PD (Power Delivery) USB-C plugs, which is another that a lot of cheaper devices don’t do.- Being able to use the USB-A outlet on the back to charge another device. When plugging in a compatible cable & plug, my phone does say that it’s charging “rapidly” through the device, so the phone charging isn’t slow either.- The speaker and sounds were pleasantly clear and loud for such a small device.- Operation is pretty easy using the buttons – I was able to figure out most functions without reading the manual first. – Good selection of sounds, especially the nature sounds.- The dim light options have a nice, orange glow to them.- The sunrise alarm has a good amount of options – alarm sound, light brightness, and how soon to turn the light on before the alarm, are all configurable.- I tested unplugging the device, then plugging it back in a few minutes after. It still kept time, and the settings. In other words, if you have a brief power outage overnight, the alarm should still go off when it should. I did not test how long it keeps time and settings without power, so don’t rely too heavily on that.Cons:- The dimmer for the clock display is only manually adjustable. I have a similar device in another bedroom, that has an auto-dimming feature, which adjusts the clock brightness based on the brightness in the room. I wish this device also had that option.- Minor gripe. When using it as a night light, you have to push the same button to increasingly toggle the brightness. It would be nice if the rewind/forward buttons could be used to adjust the light brightness in this mode as well, so if I set the brightness too high, I don’t have to circle back around.- Per the manual, “This device has a built-in CR2032 button cell battery, which is not removable and is only used to back up the device settings.”. I’m assuming that this battery is also what allows the device to track time without USB-C power. Either way, I really wish that this battery was replaceable, even if it takes a while for it to deplete, so that the device does not lose that functionality permanently once the battery is dead.

I bought this to put in my girls’ bedroom. With a sound machine, a peaceful alarm clock, and a night light all rolled into one, it makes perfect sense.Brightness:This clock is adjustable with levels between barely there and “staring directly into the sun”. Whatever your needs may be, it’s got them handled.Sounds:Volume, as with brightness, is highly adjustable. No Low-Medium-High only here, you have a large scale to play with to find your sweet spot. There are a good variety of sounds to choose from, 30-40 or so overall I’d say between the nature sounds and white/brown/red/whatever noise.Alarm:Alarm function works great and there are some pleasant alarm tones to choose from. The “sunrise” function is cute.Timer:It works. You can choose 30 minutes-a couple of hours. It would be nice if you could set the timer to turn off sound or light only, but it shuts both down if they are on.Cord length is a little short but manageable. I kept the quick reference card handy because the buttons are a little complex but I’m sure I will learn them with a little more time.My daughters are very happy with this and therefore so am I. It’s a great little clock for the money and fills other needs as well. (Sound machine, night light)

Almost PERFECT!
This alarm is pretty close to PERFECT. I have used a light alarm for 20+ years. It is the best way to wake up! When my old school light alarm died about 4 years ago, I purchased one of the round light alarms that are all over Amazon from JALL Store. The round alarm was NOT intuitive to use and did not keep the correct time so I purchased this sound machine. It is 100 times better than my round alarm!!Pros*Waking up to the light is a gentle natural way to wake.*Intuitive to use.*The cover makes the light very soft.*The sound machine has a lot of great white noise options.Cons*It only has one alarm. (I prefer being able to set the alarm for two different times.)*The up down arrows should control light. It is annoying to click the light on button multiple times to get the light level I want. Also when I go to turn it off, I often accidentally press it once instead of press and hold, and it adjusts the light.*The light alarm setting goes in 10 minute intervals from 10-60 min. I wish it could be set for 15 minutes because that is my preferred time before the birds start to sing.*It only has one sound after the light. My very old alarm had light for 15 minutes, nature sound for 15 minutes, and then a regular loud alarm. I rarely heard the loud alarm, but it was good to have. I just set my phone as the backup.Overall a great purchase and I would highly recommend this alarm over the round ones.

Been a week since I got the sound machine and heres my thoughts:1) There’s so much variety in the sounds that parents can be as creative as they want. 30 modes of noise, 10 types of white noise, and 20 types of natural sounds which can all be as loud or soft as you want. I personally only hover around 2 sounds at a pretty soft setting.2) The material is very soft and natural. Asthetically beautiful to match other decor pieces in a baby room.3) The sun light can be toggled with 12 options including red light which apparently does not disturb sleep. The alarm feature can be programed with light which I imagine would be great to tell older toddlers when to wake up (if on) and when to stay in bed (if off). Personally haven’t used this feature yet but appreciate that this is an option for the future.4) Despite unplugging it and moving it around my home, the clock didnt need to reprogramed which is so good in case the cord comes off accidentally. The feature I love the most is that the clock brightness can be very dim which is great for a blacked out baby room.

This is a nice touch to my nursery.I loved all the sound options (there is lots) and the wide selection of light options. Even the clock is dimmable. It adds the perfect amount of light for those night time diaper changes and is easy to use, coming with a good diagram for instructions. Good product. Of note: it cannot be used without being plugged in i noticed.Love that you do not need an app to operate.

We switched our old sound machine for this one because our oldest daughter needed an alarm clock for school but also still loves music and white noise playing at night. This was the perfect combo! The alarm clock feature works great, setting up or changing the desired wake time is easy, you can choose from multiple tones & shut it off on weekends. There are 13 different light settings with brightness control. A plethora of white noise, music, and sounds to choose from. The volume goes pretty loud and the noise is crystal clear too. We’ve been loving this sound machine so much and using it daily!

Pros – so soothing to have the mesh sackcloth look and the orange coloring of the dim light. The wake up to light works great. My favorite is the sounds to fall alseep are actually good quality and not like a super crappy speaker sound. The options for sounds are pretty wide and a good selection. I like how you can set it for a timer for all the light and sound to turn off slowly as it fades, this is my favorite feature.Cons – I desperately wish there was a back button. To cycle through the sounds and light, I have to just press one forward button and can’t go back to the previous. This is annoying for the sounds, but horrible for the light settings, as if i’m trying to dim the lights more manually, I have to close my eyes and cycle through very bright light.
