Troubleshooting network connection issues:
(1) The security camera only works with 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. Please connect it to a 2.4GHz network.
(2) Double-check that you are entering the correct Wi-Fi name and password.
(3) Verify the distance between the camera and the Wi-Fi router; the camera should be within 33 feet (10 meters) of the router.
(4)} Please enable Bluetooth on your phone, but you don’t need to connect Bluetooth with the device, just ensure the Bluetooth is on.
(5) If you changed your Wi-Fi password, or your camera got disconnected, please reset the Wi-Fi connection with the camera.

YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! This holds true for everything but this camera. I’ve paid 4 times as much and didn’t get the quality That I got from this security camera for under twenty dollars. You absolutely will not find a better deal for your money period. I’m impressed. I was impressed from the beginning. And i’m still impressed, absolutely perfect.No problems in easy to install, easy to get up and going. I wasn’t paid for this review.I didn’t receive any incentives for giving this review. You wanna know what’s going on in and around your house ?Get this camera. Best night on a camera i’ve ever seen. I like to leave reviews after I’ve had a product for a while. I bought 2 back in the summer of 2025 and bought my last one in December which was a reorder, since the camera was solar, and worth it for me watching over my parents property. My mother has dementia, so I like to take a look around her property frequently through the day and night . The view is great and the night vision is also good. The more that I’ve opened the app, the more I kept getting prompts to watch a video, one being 60 seconds, and one 30. I figured I’d watch them cause maybe it would allow me to open options with the camera that I didn’t have. Now it’s completely stopped allowing me to check my outside properties all together, by asking me to subscribe to a 3 day free trial subscription. In the q&a it CLEARLY states you don’t need a subscription for the live view. That’s all I use it for !!Go with another company if you’re wanting a live view cause this camera won’t give you that unless you pay 29.99 a year. False advertisement !

Very good Camera.
You have to pay $30 every 3 months to be able to see the recording. Which is pretty damn good. It was so easy to install. Motion detection is very sensitive! It alerts when anyone passed by, you can speak yo anyone and also listen to them. It functions so well. Everything looks super clear. For the price this is a steal. You hear everything clearly. I recommend!!

Great camera buy it
It took me about three months to decide to put it out in my backyard, but it works great. I see the coyotes coming in my backyard all the time I need to go out and start shooting some, but then I’ll be going to jail.

Clear video, easy to assemble, but you will need a $30 subscription
So far I really like this camera I like that it’s 360° vision night vision light all that good stuff that comes with a camera. The only issue I have is you have to buy a subscription which the basic is $30. The picture is clear and the motion detection is pretty high. I would get this again but again you’ll have to pay an additional $30 for each subscription so if I got four I would have to pay four times $30 every year.

They’re good cameras with a good Wi-Fi signal, you can move Em around pretty good. Easy to set up easy to load a charge. Pretty quick batteries are pretty decent. The one major drawback, the reason why I can only give it 3 stars is that to access it anytime you want. Is you have to get a subscription?.. i hate that. The only way to get around that, if you set it on notification of motion, it sends you a signal. You click on it, it Kix you over to your Camera app. It brings up the feed. Then, you can see it live other than that. You’re stuck. Me personally, I think it’s BS but some people are okay with it. That’s fine, that’s your opinion. But they don’t tell you that anywhere until after you buy the cameraWhich is in my opinion, very deceptive.

Update on 2/26. Even after I had already paid the $29.99 subscription fee, the ad still came out everytime and asked me again to subscribe. I was not able to view the live or the record. Waste of money. The company seems backkrupt and there is not human response from customer service. Terrible experience.————————-Do not buy, disappointed!! Not allowing lice view now. This is false advertising. It worked great for a few months now a pop up ad comes up on the screen about a subscription and will not let me view my two cameras without paying a $29.99 subscription. The cameras themselves are good the issue is the Seeing app now insisting you pay a subscription and not allowing access to the camera feed if you don’t pay the money. In the description it says you only need to pay extra for services if you want cloud services which I don’t need. I just want to be able to view my cameras which were working fine until this pop up ad showed up on the app a couple of days ago. Looks like I’ll have to remove these cameras which are imperfect working order and trash them and get other cameras.

Easy set up and it is really useful for cover wider area. Picture quality is really good. Couldn’t wait to see how it goes on long run. But definitely worth the price.Also it is really good it comes with a “slide in” holder so you doesn’t have to screw tings every time when you remove it. ( My previous one from a different brand has to be charged indoor during winter as in Scotland there are not enough daylight during winter months so this one will be easier to do this with this special slide in holder.) Hope this will last long. Very good so far.UPDATE: did not last long. Unable to charge it neither solar or manually.App showing an error code I don’t understand.:(
