Are there any fees for cloud storage?
We provide free SD cloud storage forever. If you need 2K 3MP UHD cloud storage, you will need to pay a subscription fee.
Can the spotlight be turned off?
The spotlight can be turned off. If you don’t need it or want to save power, you can turn off the white light in the app.
How long can I use the camera after it is fully charged?
With 20 motion detection triggers per day, the camera can operate for 6 months. With 130 motion detection triggers per day, the camera can operate for 1 month.
In addition, the camera is equipped with a low battery reminder.
Does the camera support 5GHz WIFI?
This upgraded wireless camera supports both 5GHz & 2.4GHz Wi-Fi.
5GHz Wi-Fi offers faster and more stable speeds, while 2.4GHz Wi-Fi provides wider coverage.
Does the camera support a memory card?
Of course it supports a memory card, but there is no memory card in the package. You can use your own memory card (maximum support 256GB).

Rechargeable battery powered, 5G suppport. Easy setup and use.
This outdoor security camera delivers really good picture quality both day and night. I really like its dual-band support and cordless rechargeable design , I was able to connect to 5G easily. I didn’t use any SD card as the camera recording storage, but the 3-day cloud service came with the camera provides good enough recording storage for me! The recorded pictures and videos quality are sharp and clear. The installation was easy, and I was able to easily change the settings to meet my needs through the free app. Motion alerts are in timely manner when I was both at and away my house. This camera provides really good quality and great value!

The memory is easily enhanced with memory card storage., which I added. The features and capability of the CB-554 camera far exceeds those of other products on the market at a price that is amazingly affordable. Just as important=the initial easy App set up takes one step by step to and through final installation and READY TO PROTECT your premises position. These cameras are awesome! They are very affordable and the picture quality is great! The mounting and set up process is very simple. I like the options on the app like the siren and the ability to cancel out any areas that you don’t need monitored to reduce excessive alerts and conserve battery life. Ok, but not up to Ring level
For the price it does a good job. Occasionally it does not respond to the on/off command despite saying it has. I’ve set the motion detector before I leave, getting the acknowledgment that it was on, only to find out later that it was not. The same is also true for turning it off; I do so, get the acknowledgment on my phone that it’s off, only to discover later that it was still filming. The pictures are clear and when it’s on the motion detector works fine.A little disappointed, but it’s functional and inexpensive.
