If you have never used an ultrasonic cleaner on your eyeglasses, you honestly don’t know how clean they can actually get. This unit works great, and the results are surprisingly visual.You are in for a surprise at how dirty glasses really are before cleaning. The first time I dropped my glasses into this unit, I was shocked to see oils streaming away from the arms, nose pieces, and lenses as if there was smoke in the water. With a small amount of proper cleaning solution, the difference in clarity is night and day.Tech notes:This unit features multiple settings that seem to adjust the pulse pattern rather than just the raw intensity. Instead of a constant vibration, the device cycles through bursts of ultrasonic energy. This pulsing is designed to be more efficient at “knocking” dirt and oils loose from surfaces. While I can’t scientifically verify the pulse efficiency, I can tell you the practical result: my glasses, watch bands, and jewelry come out spotless.Form and Fit:I’ve attached a video to provide some scale. Easy to use! Just plug it in and follow the instructions, and your jewelry and glasses are squeaky clean after like 2 minutes. I bought this while it was on sale because the deal was too good to pass up. I’ve only used it twice, but so far so good!It’s about as loud as an electric toothbrush, if anyone was wondering about noise level.

Broke after one use!
Broke after one use! The first time I used it I could see the dirt coming off the jewelry and it was very clean. The second time, I saw nothing coming of the jewelry that was visibly dirty. I even tried putting on a stronger and longer mode and add a little extra cleaning solution. NOTHING! Jewelry was still just as dirty as it was when it went in. It’s not like I added severely dirty,tarnished or rusty jewelry. Just jewelry that is worn a few times a week. I’m very disappointed. I was really excited to use this on all my jewelry. I guess it no wonder why it was on sale for $39.99 from the original price of $199.99!

I started by watching some videos. The instructions aren’t great, but they do give guidance.I used cold water and a drop (just a drop) of dishwater detergent. The cleaner removed years of crud from watch bracelets. Once I trusted the gentleness I moved on to more important jewelry.This is a good cleaner for the size and price.

Cleans glasses really well. I bought b this mainly for cleaning my glasses. It does a great job removing makeup that can get in the edge of frames.
