I’ve been using this automatic soap dispenser for a few days now, and I’m seriously impressed! Reliable, Attractive Work Horse
This is a great little automatic foaming soap dispenser. I have ordered others including Simple Human and with each of them the sensor stopped working and they stopped being able to dispense soap after a relatively short period of time so I was wary of the same thing happening to this product. That hasn’t happened though. It has a small profile that sits perfectly at my kitchen sink and I love its simple, clean lines. It has been reliably working in my kitchen for several months now and I have been so happy with this product that I purchased a second one for another room in my house.

This is the very 1st review I’ve ever written in my life. This is an awful product and the charge doesn’t even last a full day. A waste of money, unless you plan to keep it plugged in.

Works – just a bit of learning curve
At first I thought it was broken, or wasn’t going to work correctly, as it barely dispensed any soap. I wanted the liquid soap, so made sure to purchase the one for that, but it didn’t seem to pump right…turns out if u push the button, it changes the setting. There’s 3 settings for the amount it dispenses. Once I figured that out, works great. I went to refill it, and it didn’t use much for the whole wk. Only need to fill it about 2/3 of the way, otherwise it won’t close. Doesn’t let soap out the edges, even if too full, do to the seal (but will stop u from closing it til u dump some out). Once get used to the sensor and not accidentally having it go off, it’s great. Haven’t had to recharge it yet, and been using it in the bathroom as the main soap for hand washing, for a WK (with 2 adults). At first I thought it was a bust, but it’s actually pretty great.

Updated: Great (when they work), customer service sometimes excellent, sometimes not
UPDATED DECEMBER 2025: these are great while they work. Unfortunately, they don’t work consistently and even though they look like they are charged, they do not dispense or make any sound. The seller has replaced two of them, but they keep not working. I currently have two foam ones that work and one foam and one gel that do not. I have tried all of the troubleshooting suggestions with no success. The last time I reached out to the seller, they sent me a replacement. Unfortunately, they sent me a white foam one for my black, nonfunctioning gel one which doesn’t meet my needs as I use the gel one for dish soap and the foam ones for hand soap. I’ve reached out to them a couple of times and have not gotten a response.ORIGINAL REVIEW: I love these soap and foam dispensers and highly recommend them. Over the course of 2 years, my boyfriend and I had purchased 7 SimpleHuman soap dispensers, which are three times the price of these and almost all of them developed problems in and out of warranty that couldn’t be fixed. We finally gave up on them and tried these more basic ones. We have both the soap and foam versions. The seller will send you an email with instructions on how to charge these and how to use and troubleshoot them. We have three of them and even though they are plastic they look nice. I made labels: “dish” for the soap and “hand” for the foam ones in the kitchen. The foam one wasnt working consistently so I reached out to the seller and they immediately sent me a replacement. I’m very impressed with the follow up customer service and 1 year warranty.
