Good scale and easy to use/read.
I’m new to sourdough baking and wanted a scale to facilitate that. This fit the bill perfectly. Very easy to use and certainly works as intended. Started with weighing for my starter ingredients and seamlessly moved to weighing my baking ingredients. Large numbers, clear function buttons that are accurate and easy to read. Very happy with my purchase.

Niiice! Easy to use and clean!
Omg this little scale is perfect! I have bought more scales in the past 2 years than I care to count. I make handmade soaps and face care products and need a large scale and a smaller more precise scale for miniscule amounts of ingredients. This lil’ guy fits the bill! Easy to read digital display, seems pretty accurate so far, easy to clean and a bonus the display is flush , easy to wipe and clean! Bonus- this bad boy has some weight to it so it doesn’t slide easily – PERFECT! I reallllly wish I would have found this a year ago. Highly recommend 👌!

An unexpectedly transformative experience
I’m normally very stingy with my star ratings and so would normally only give these scales three stars since they do exactly what they claim, but what made me up my rating was how transformed the experience of weighing things was, even though this product does exactly what I expected.Heretofore, I’ve been using my 35 year old beam balance, which was very accurate for its day, but was a constant hassle to have to keep doing arithmetic to handle the weight of the bowl and such. This scale makes that so utterly trivial by comparison that I was quite struck by the change. This product definitely delivers the goods. It seems to be both accurate and precise, and considerably more so than my old beam balance, which was top-of-the-line in its day. The user interface is simple, clear and intuitive. The display is easy to read, and doesn’t get obscured by bowls on the weighing pad. The whole package has a somewhat smaller footprint than my old beam balance (see pic) and I can even buy back a little real estate on the counter top by putting it in a drawer, or leaning it up against the backsplash. I never could have done that with my old scales.Highly recommended.

Great scale for baking!
After a year of Baking sourdough bread and carefully measuring with a cup with mixed results, I used this scale to measure by weight. Its a much more accurate way to measure baked goods. Based on how well my bread comes out I have to say this scale in pretty accurate. I also love the double scale for smaller measurement that has a higher accuracy. I highly recommend for anyone who bakes!

Great scale for a good price.
I bake a lot of bread so I used my old digital scale a lot. It has a single display so when I needed any accuracy for smaller weights, I have to get a small scale for that purpose. With this one the 2 displays are in the same platform so I do not need to go back and forth between two scales, which is time consuming and prone to errors. It very responsive, excellent accuracy, and the displays are large and very visible. The price was what I expected for a product like this one. Last, the large capacity (15Kg) is a real plus for me when I am preparing large batches of dough.

Not quite as good as expected
It looks nice and does function mostly well but you need to be careful on how you place items to be weighed on the large plate. What I mean by that is if you place your item off center (like on a corner instead of center) then the weigh given may not be accurate. As long as you understand that you should be fine.

Precision for fine details
Perfect for homebrewing, as the small scale can measure in fractions of a gram, which is needed for things like yeast and its nutrients.

High quality and inexpensive
This is a very accurate scale that I use to measure many different things. It is accurate to 0.01 ounces. Very useful.
