Second Time’s the Charm
Edit:The seller reached out to me after my initial review and offered to send me a replacement, which I accepted. They simply apologized for my experience and made it right. Maybe I got a defective unit. Stuff happens. Either way, I appreciate their customer service and willingness to address the issue. They didn’t ask me to update this review, but I really like how they handled the situation, so I think it’s worth highlighting that their customer service goes above and beyond and not letting one issue define them.—Original Review:I was pretty excited to get this because I just hate scrubbing the tub by hand. It has a ton of useful attachments, it’s light weight, and can reach pretty much any angle I need. All around effective and easy to use. The first time I used it, it had great power on both settings. I was scrubbing that tub like it’s my job. I don’t know what happened, but since then it’s barely got any juice. I’ve charged it fully multiple times, and the head still spins so slowly it’s practically unusable, even on high power. That’s pretty disappointing.

This is such a great product! The fact that it has a long stick to reach high places, and a button to press for it to bend is so convenient! Cleans well and such a time saver.

Great for the price
If you press down a little too hard it stops spinning. The battery life is pretty good in-between charge. The attachments are great but the velcro ones aren’t as secure . The velcro base for certain attachments is coming off a bit just from the force of switching out heads. Over all made cleaning walls, baseboards, and shower so much easier.

I really love my super Scrubber
It works very good, I used it to clean under my stove I used the corner brush where the wall meets floor’It did a great job! I’ll be doing my baseboards next, I use it in the bathroom without the wand, the wand attached is nice for high tiles but you do need a little strength to keep it steady, it moves pretty fast on high! I,m glad I have one I’m in my sixties and have Rheumatoid in my hands but I can handle it and glad I’m not on my knees scrubbing my deep tub! Make sure where you place the tape holder is exactly where you want to hang your mop! You can not reuse it in another spot, it will take the paint off the wall, and will not stick again!
