Great Quality
I purchased 2 of these a few months back now to store all of our important household documents. I was in need of a legal size and wanted it to be able to zip. They have worked out perfectly! Good larger size but outside has an odd sticky feeling texture
Nice size for larger legal documents. But the texture of the outside is odd. Almost feels sticky. But it’s just the plastic or whatever material its made of.

Isn’t sticky/smelly/bulky like other fireproof document holders I have bought before. Light and easy to carry around legal size documents. Zippers are smooth. Sleeves inside are 20mil thick plastic and look reliable.

Perfection!
This is exactly what I was looking for to organize our important papers. No one wants their kids left with a mess should something happen. Love the fact that it hold legal size paper, is waterproof (since we live in a hurricane state) and fire proof. Very sturdy and large enough for what we needed it for.

Documents could get damaged from bending
The only thing I dislike about the product is that it’s rather flimsy compared to my current accordian folder which is not fireproof like this one. The build quality is nice and feels durable but if your keeping important documents in it it could get bent if not careful. I also think I might have received a used or returned item since there was an unopened envelope in it, which I plan on returning to the National Passport Information Center if I cannot return it to the rightful owner.

I have folders for different projects, and this folder has lots of space and room for holding and organizing all my papers for a particular project. It comes with tabs so locating items is easy. I’ve had it for a few years now and it still looks like new.

Case seems decent enough for the price. The title is slightly misleading, when it says “large size 10×16” I thought I could fit Long Legal documents in it, just fits standard legal documents. I guess that’s my fault for not reading the whole page before buying it.
