Solid Buy… just avoid lightning strikes.
I used this for a month during our honeymoon trip to Bali in November/December. I used to travel for work and spent hundreds of nights in different countries, hotels, and workplaces…and have tried them all before. While I was a bit skeptical, as travel adapters barely lasted a few weeks (for me sometimes) and certainly not more than a month (my wife is definitely demanding on her devices). However, this one took quite a bit of travel abuse over 6’ish weeks. From various airports and airport lounges in Asia and Europe, to high-end hotels, and to the remotest villa on the island in the middle of nowhere with fluctuating power at time, this device took it like a champ. There was a lightning strike at the villa and it fried this device despite my wife having a lower electrical load on it. It saved her phone from getting fried…It’s absolutely solid…and did its job/functioned well. Thought maybe there was a surge protector reset button but didn’t find one. It was handy having different adapters, as we ended up needing more than one… and is easy/small enough to pack. Will consider buying again for her in future travels.

Very Handy Traveling with Electronics
Perfect for traveling to multiple countries — each with its own outlet type — with an array of electronics needing charging (iPhone, iPad, camera, ear buds, DJI Mic 2, watch, …). I’ve found that in some hotels, electrical plugs are few and often in inconvenient locations. And my (my relatively heavy Anker 733) in combination with an adaptor often sags or falls out of the sockets which results in a panic in the morning when I wake to find my devices only partially charged. This device addresses all of that. Plenty of room for chargers. An extension just long enough to be convenient. Worked flawless for me.

Great in multiple areas, just doesn’t step down European voltage.
It worked very well while I was in Europe. The only reason I give a 4 star is because I realized it doesn’t adjust the voltage of the outlet to compensate. Because it wouldn’t step it down, I couldn’t use my hair dryer while I was there, because it was quickly apparent that it was getting too hot so I unplugged it. However this was mostly an oversight on my part, just thought I should mention it here.

The only adapter you will ever need.
This is the only adapter most travelers will need. it is sturdy and its multiple outputs make it extremely practical. I have taken it to Thailand and rural Romania, and never found a situation where it would not work well.
