Impressive fingerprint lock
I’m really impressed with this fingerprint lock! Setup was quick and straightforward. The manual came with a QR code to download the app. Connected the app to the lock via Bluetooth and setup my fingerprint easily. Ince fingerprints are setup, it unlocks easily with a simple touch!!!! No more fumbling for keys! Love it!

Can’t even use it. It has a previous admin of Zoot13. I did not purchase a used item. It was supposed to be NEW. I’M TOTALLY LOCKED OUT. It’s a paperweight at this point. Oh, and it didn’t even come with English instructions.**UPDATE**After speaking to the seller they apologized for the inconvenience and they sent out a new lock. The new lock works very well, and I had no problems with setup. I thank them for their prompt response and their willingness to make their customer happy. I have updated my stars to 5. Thank you for your excellent customer service.

Does whats needed
The lock works. Easy to set up. I just wanted something for gym thats easy to put on/take off and not have to mess with a combination or a key and this works. Dont expect the metal to be super thick or anything. The app is clean. Nice to have an option of letting others use it as well.

Fingerprint mechanism is deeply flawed
The fingerprint mechanism doesn’t work well — it takes multiple tries to open the lock, and with some registered fingerprints, the lock won’t open at all. I’ve also had a couple experiences where it appears the fingerprint was opened (the light turns green, I hear a sound, and the app records the lock having opened), but the lock itself doesn’t release.

Great little lock – Short lifespan
Bought this lock in August 2023 for use in the gym. Extremely convenient with fingerprint recognition, but it died 4 months later. The lock still recognizes my fingerprint and logs the granted access but no longer actuates the lock.I don’t see a way to contact the seller or distributor. Most items come with a 6 month or 1 year warranty. If the seller can reach out to me, I’ll consider updating my review based on the outcome of resolution.Update: seller worked with me to reach a resolution for my problem and the new lock works just as the original did when I first received it. Also, major props to the seller support team for working with me and helping turn my experience to a positive one.

Not worth the price.
Not very good quality for the price. I feel like if I twisted this lock I could break the latch. Using your phone or watch really is useless because you need to wake the lock up in order for it to connect to your phone or watch, to wake it up you have to touch the print reader, so if you’re going to go through that much trouble you may as well just open it with your fingerprint. It feels more like one of those luggage locks not something you would want securing your valuables at the gym.
