The unit stop working but quickly replaced
Great customer service. Promptly addressed the issue and provided a replacement unit. Just a couple of emails and the process was complete. Easy and quick.

Great coffeemaker but not brewing hot enough!
I loved every element of this coffeemakers design, but it never got coffee got enough! It was impressive to have freshly ground coffee beans with each cup of coffee. Since the coffee wasn’t brewing hot enough then it was delivering the fullest flavor even by using extra beans. I was very disappointed to have to return it solely based on brewing temperature!

Works well
Grinds well. It takes about 10 minutes to make a full brew. It would be better if it remembered the scheduled delay brew time but it only takes about 10 seconds to set it, so it’s not that bad. Easy to clean.

Inexpensive but may not be worth the hassles
Received on 2/8/26 and by 4/1/26, it had stopped working (heating unit). They are replacing the unit, but the process included 3 days of emails requesting additional details that could have been covered in one request. (Note, the support person has been very friendly…I’m sure there’s a protocol being followed) This has been a huge hassle, including not having coffee first thing in the morning. Before it broke, it was just meh. Even at the 10-cup brew setting, the coffee was weak, requiring a hack of either pre-grinding a bit or only putting in water for 8 cups. The grinder itself was excellent, however with the finest setting creating a truly coffee-shop quality grind. The holding area for beans is small. And, the programming was annoying. It did not save your settings. Instead, every evening you had to go back in and set the start time. With the instruction manual, Gevi seems to enjoy keeping information obfuscated. For instance, there is a roast setting but no information about what the different settings do. Finally, the holding tank for the water is at the back. It’s a bit of a pain to get to, made worse by the fact that the coffee carafe is difficult to pour cleanly. This means, water on the counter in the evening and coffee spills in the AM. I get the sense that the whole unit was designed by engineers who drink tea. All that being said, it’s relatively inexpensive, and I will continue using the replacement machine once it arrives, albeit with hacks to get a decent cup of coffee.

Super easy
This is a great coffee maker. Easy to use too!
