Why cannot connect to the Internet?-A
Make sure that the router has the 2.4G band turned on and connect the device to the network in that band. If the management password is incorrect, check whether the entered number contains special symbols.

Confirm that the router supports the 2.4G frequency band, adjust the AP location away from interference sources (such as operator antennas), and optimize the RF power settings.

The wireless bandwidth of a single wireless router is limited. For example, a common 300M wireless router cannot connect 50 wireless terminals at the same time. In this case, please restart the router.
Why does the Internet often disconnect?

Easy solution works great
I needed outlets I could set to turn off after a certain amount of time and these work amazing it was just what I needed. I plugged in and it was easy to set up on the app which it comes with a QR code to make finding it simple. I wasnt sure about the schedule feature but it also has a countdown feature so I use that and it works great. Cheap and easy solution to my problem.

Awesome functionality and look
Easy to install (seriously like less than a min). Works right away (not like other smart plugs that gets disconnected often or are a headache to install/add to your network).Stylish. Don’t take the whole space so you can plug in the other side.Switching speed is awesome.Smart connections is the best I had from all the different smart plugs I’ve owned.

Solid Choice!
GHome, you folks make solid products. I have finally felt comfortable interfacing apart home items to my household and your products have eased me into wanting more. The install and general functionality are simple and effective. I had no issue using my Alexa to control anything and the general speed was quick. Well done and I plan to get more of these for some neat combinations in the future.

Plugs work as advertised.
These plugs are nice. We enjoy being able to turn lights on and off with our voices. The timers work fine as long as a set time is being used. Regarding using the term “turn on lights at sunset each day going forward”, no lights activate. Perhaps we need more information? Perhaps it’s the Alexa issue, not the plug. Technology is great, but sometimes challenging.

Easy set up, small, and great for light automation
Easy to set up. Arrived quickly. Originally wanted the Christmas tree wand but delivery wouldn’t make it before Christmas and creators seem to have made sellers surge the price. This is the same concept essentially. You do have to download an app though so I hate that because why. All these dang apps. But it makes it easy go voice command the tree lights on and off. Still trying to figure out how to time automate it but I think you have to share constant location for that to work. It works with Alexa as well if you have one but I just use my phone. The app connects to the google home app so if you delete the app after the initial set up it won’t connect. Not an official google product as I initially thought but is able to connect easily with google devices. My only issue is downloading yet another app but it works great and is super small and cordless on its own. Just like lights however, you will need some kind of internet in your home to connect the bluetooth capacity of the device but yeah so far so good.

Amazing Product
I rarely write reviews but I had to for this product. SO EASY to set up compared to the last smart plug I had. And so easy to connect to Alexa. Also the timer feature is a plus. Will continue to buy and recommend to friends and family

Call me stupid
I have several of these types of switches to allow Alexa to turn things on and off. As long as you understand how to set your phone to 2.4 GHz, the device was found right away in easy to set up.The stupid part is I was putting this on my T-Mobile home internet router because it keeps hanging up and getting in my wheelchair to reset it was annoying. Of course, the stupid part is as soon as I turn off the router then Alexa goes offline 😄I went ahead and used it on another light and then got a remote control that doesn’t rely on the internet to turn the outlet on and off

Works Okay but NOT Bluetooth as Advertised
I purchased a pair of these, one for home and one for my work office. My plan was to use wifi for the one at home, and Bluetooth for the one at the office, because our office wifi requires manual reconnection every day. I set up the home one using our wifi. Setup was easy, and it works great. But upon attempting to set up the other one at the office, I realized there IS NO Bluetooth option, despite the description saying there is. I attempted to use the office wifi, and found that it would not connect to that either. So I either got a defective one, or there is some incompatibility there. I’ll give it 4 of 5 stars for the misleading description and possible wifi incompatibility.
