This All-In-One Coffee Maker Makes The Best Cup Of Coffee!
We used this brand of coffee at a VRBO and had to have it. I love the slim design of the coffee maker and was able to replace a traditional drip coffee maker and Keurig with this all in one product. The brew time is a little slower, but for a great tasting cup of coffee it is absolutely worth the wait. This makes a much better tasting pot of coffee than my traditional drip coffee maker. I believe it has to do with the speed, but can’t confirm. I just know it is a great cup of coffee. The K-cup section also works and is reasonable fast. You can make up to a 14 oz cup of coffee. The water canister is pre-installed on the back but we found that it was kind of a pain to refill so we were easily able to switch it to the side of the coffee maker and it is now much more accessible and easier to fill. It was a piece of cake to switch, just don’t try like I did to remove any screws. Everything just un-clicks and moves appropriately. No tools necessary!I saw other all-in-one coffee makers that were double and triple the cost, but feel this is reasonably priced and a great value for your money! Time for the upgrade to an all in one and regain some of that counter space back!

Complete disappointment!
HB! What did you do? The only time I did not look at the reviews of a product because I had complete faith in the brand. We have had this coffee maker for two weeks. Purchased on October 9th 2025. It made weak single serve coffee in the first week. I ignored it thinking it was my tastebuds. I made a single serve coffee on Sunday the 19th at 3:00 pm. Monday morning on the 20th at 5:00 am the machine made a cup of hot water. I thought I forgot the coffee pod, I did not! Tried two other pods, again, not thinking that HB, would make a bad product, same thing, hot water. So, wanting coffee for the morning, I set the auto brew and prepped the machine. I selected the auto brew set the time and there was no indication I set the timer. The machine went into sleep mode and I hopped for the best. Here we are Tuesday morning the 21st, and no pre-brewed coffee. I turned the machine on and it took 30 minutes for the machine to make the coffee. The amount of steam and noise is insane. I will returning it today! It is a shame, I love the sleek design, it is perfect for the kitchen and especially our RV.

I LOVE this coffee maker. No, REALLY!!! LOVE IT! Best feature? You can set up water reservoir in the back or on the left. I needed this flexibility for my kitchen set up, as this sits on top of my microwave and is too high for me to reach a back fill reservoir. It’s very easy to fill on the side, although it is also very easy to remove and fill at the sink. Second-best feature? We’re pod people, but I love the flexibility of being able to make a LARGE pot of coffee if company comes. I used to have to pull out the old percolator. Finally? The coffee is great. You’ve got every choice you need on a simple front panel 8/10/12 oz. (or a pot, etc.) Regular or bold. I think Ice, too, but we haven’t tried that yet. Now – will it stand the test of time? My Keurig lasted a year. (Lame!) My last brand, five years (very good, but no longer available.) Fingers crossed – if this one makes it 5 years, I will be super satisfied. (We are using filtered-at-the-sink water due to very high mineral content in our area – clogs coffee makers!)If I’d change anything, I’d hinge the lid to the water reservoir. I just Jerry-Rigged it with a piece of duck tape – duck hinge! (The last thing I need before my 1st cup of coffee in the morning is trying to figure out where I put the lid down.) Second, instead of the higher cup lift (for regular coffee cups -who uses those anyway?) I’d like to see a larger foot to place your tall thermos cups, one that includes a drainage cover. These are quite minor issues, but things we have noticed as we’ve used it. Again – this unit is perfect for our needs – and a great value to boot!

Don’t over fill carafe
It’s a great coffee maker love the flexibility and also able to brew ice coffee. The only flaw I’ve found is if making a full pot 12 cups do not overflow the water carafe its doesn’t have a shut off at 12 cups so will overflow while brewing.

It’s been great
I see many reviews saying it was great to begin with but later on they were getting coffee grounds in their coffee. I don’t try to use anything but the Keurig pods and hot tea. I’m not switching back and forth between pods and trying to brew a single cup of coffee. I haven’t had a problem with it. Now there are times when it stops around 3 oz but it does start back up and finishes the exact amount I tell it to. In other words, it does work very well but it may require some patience.

HORRIBLE – ZERO STARS – GROUNDS EVERY TIME I USE A POD!
HORRIBLE! ZERO STARS! Almost every time you use a pod you get grounds. Not just a few, but the entire bottom of the cup. I have cleaned, I have descaled, I have cleaned the needle, I have used different pods, I have used my own coffee with a reusable pod. Nothing corrects the problem. I bought the machine at the end of January and it worked well for about a month or two and then progressively has gotten worse with noise and grounds. Stick to a Keurig or other brand (I had a Bunn that did pods) that knows coffee. Oh! and customer support at Hamilton Beach… The link to message doesn’t show up and it says to correct the cookie setting. I did. I even used a different browser. Still no help so I had to send them an email for customer support. No phone number, but the website shows Mexico has a phone number. I then checked Amazon’s info on them and there is a phone number – great, right?… No you call and it is a recording of a guy that sounds like he is in a bathroom and tells you to visit the website for support – which, again, is just an email! Stay away from Hamilton Beach products if you need to contact someone for support. Bunn and Keurig have live people to talk to!Update 5/7- Sent two more emails- still no support. BUY A DIFFERENT PRODUCT!

Don’t order. Doesn’t work. The water pump doesn’t work . And then you have to pay 45 to send it back if you want a refund! Buy at Candian tire at least then if it doesn’t work they will exchange or refund. Do NOT buy from Amazon!
