Great just caution with small kiddos
I love this ! Great for the money . It has an alarm for when the batteries are dying . Stores a ton of passcodes if needed. Amazing directions and super easy to install. It’s super cute as well , painted my front door so it looks as good as the door knob . Makes everybody in the house feel safer . HOWEVER ! I have a two year old and the inside knob doesn’t have a lock so if the deadbolt isn’t locked she can twist the knob super easy and go outside !! So make sure if you have young kids that you have a second way to keep the door shut when home or they may lock themselves outside and not be able to get back inside which is one of my worst fears at the moment !

Solid security knob
Serves the purpose of keeping people out my office. The audible is very low so it doesn’t wake anyone up late-night going in and out. The way it works, no there’s no lock on the inside. Set your pass code. When you close it going inside the room, it locks itself. There’s no need for an inside latch. It literally locks its self. If you want it to be a passable entrance from both sides going in and out, you enter a very simple code and its unlocked.If I want to work in my office, I set my code and the door locks within 5 seconds (basically enough time to close it). It can now open from inside if I want to leave, just turn the knob. It will then give you 5 more seconds. I’m now outside, it locks behind me. Easy.If you want to be able to pass in and out without entering a code, ok…enter a 1 time code. The lock is now off. Pass through as you need.Ready to lock it..ok…set the code. It now locks. Enter code, walk in room, close the door, its now locked behind you. Again, no need for a latch inside, turn the knob, it will open from the inside, walk out, close the door…its locked.I felt the need to explain because there was someone here who was disappointed there’s no inside latch. Well you dont need it.Oh yea, the matte black finish is beautiful

Good product
Fits my door handle and works as it should. Programming could be a few steps less. Install was less than ten minutes. Happy with this purchase.

Defective product or cheap engineering. Security risk
Product only worked for like 3 days. Now it stays unlocked and the code doesn’t do anything. Such a disappointment. The Autolock doesn’t work. If this is your front door security you might as well leave it wide open. Don’t waste your money.

Can use for indoor lock
I’ve only had it a couple weeks now but it’s working as described and I haven’t had any issues. I used it on my office door in my home. The hole for the door knob had to be bored out just slightly to fit this lock, probably just about a mm, I used a rough file. The door knob was just too tight of a fit and couldn’t get it all the way in. Other than that the install was easy and easy to set up my PIN to unlock. Like all the feature and that it locks automatically within a few seconds so you don’t have to remember to lock it when you leave just pull the door shut. I would recommend this lock over others I’ve looked at. Will update should anything change.

Potential Security risk.
While this is sturdy and easy to install there are several disadvantages to this item. You literally have 3 seconds to turn the knob to open once you have entered the pass code or it locks. There is no way to change that. Secondly, if you have the guest pass-through activated, there is no way to lock the door from the inside. You have to open the door, input the codes required before the knob will lock. This would be unhandy should you have a potential threat following you or a guest to your door. I think the design was poorly executed.
