It is very user unfriendly when trying to set up/install this printer.
Unfortunately, I was unable to get this printer to work with my neighbor’s Windows 11 computer. I tried installing the drivers and HP Smart, but it only wanted me to create an account to be able to use the printer and wanted me to purchase HP’s monthly ink plan. No. I have been working with computers for over 47 years. I am very familiar with computers. I have an HP printer at home. I ended up purchasing an Epson for them.

Refurbished Printer/Scanner?
Printer is refurbished, so that’s one red flag. Printer/scanner arrived on time and unboxed. When attempting to link printer/scanner to home wireless network caused many headaches trying to connect Pprinter to network.Hit and miss when scanner or printing. Printer came with hp 68 ink. Web indicates hp67 which order from Amazon. Confusing of which in cartridges to use is Flag 2.Any way, this may be a good seller and I’m the lucky one who’s printer/scanner failed.

Worst printer I’ve ever used in my entire life. Sometimes it will print, sometimes it won’t, sometimes it disappears and you can find it, and sometimes it prints streaky pages. Worthless pile of garbage that disserves the Office Space treatment out back.
