nice robovac for the price point
This is a very nice unit for the cost! We also own a Robock S7 Ultra Max and wanted a secondary unit for our finished basement to prevent the need to carry a unit up and down stairs. This fit the bill perfectly. It is quick and quiet and does a good job. Setup was a breeze, it took about 3 minutes to get it going and came with enough charge to clean a couple rooms to test it out.The only drawback is that it does not lift the mop head as our other unit does (which I’m sure contributes to the much lower cost.) This is important because it limits its ability to “climb” over certain thresholds. This isn’t a major problem, but a very minor inconvenience. The enclosed base unit empties the dust bin efficiently and quickly.The app offers a nice range of features for scheduling cleanings and creating different zones for cleaning, however, some of the wording for options can be unclear. (i.e. if you want to turn off either the mop or the vacuum capability for a cleaning plan, you choose “Close” rather than “off” for the respective function.)Good product, happy with the purchase

Works well
This robot vacuum and mop does a really solid job overall. It cleans well, handles both vacuuming and mopping without any issues, and makes keeping the floors tidy a lot easier. It runs smoothly and gets into most areas without needing much attention. My only complaint is the dust bin—it fills up pretty quickly, so I find myself emptying it more often than I’d like. If the bin were a bit larger, it would be just about perfect.

Excellent vac performance for a very reasonable cost
Very happy with the A30 so far. Have had good life out of the iLife products. This one is a winner too. It’s self emptying works well, it can find its way home reliably too!! App has excellent features, scheduling and mapping control and is responsive too. Noise level is controllable through lower suction settings. Haven’t used the mopping function as yet but it’s an excellent dust vac. Plan to buy another for upstairs.

Nice little bot for the price
I don’t write a lot of reviews but I wanted to share how much I enjoy this product. First off I enjoy that I can adjust the power of the device. How much it sucks up, over laps, and mops. It’s nice to add heavier mopping in bathrooms or lighter in other rooms. I do pre-treat areas ahead of time and it does fairly well. Of course it doesnt get the corners very very good or under cupboards in the kitchen which is fine. So I have to do a deep clean sweep andmopping once a week. However, I have all hard wood floors and I despise sweeping. I would vacuum all day long but I always fell like I still just dont get all the dirt up with sweeping. This little bot has made my daily routine so much easier. I pick up all the chairs at night and set it to run while we are asleep foe the vacuum, then in the am I have to fill its water and attach the mopping pad (which i was not aware of when I bought it but foe the price having it all in one system probably not reasonable to expect) then I run it to mop which take about an hour with the space. The vacuum part is amazing, the mopping part is suitable. It keeps it clean between deep mops and that works for me. It does say to not add cleaning solution to avoid build ups but I put it in and its been fine. I don’t think mopping with just water really does anything but to each their own. I would say foe the price of this machine I am very satisfied with the outcome.

This vacuum is awesome!Easy to set up. Run the smart mapping so it maps your floorpan. Don’t get discouraged, I had to run the smart map 3 or 4 times the first day and suddenly it got it!Love that you can put a no-go zone. It kept trying to get over my sliding glass door track, so I put it as a no go zone and it works perfectly.This really has some suction to it. I ran it twice, after the mapping was complete. Then followed up with my dyson. My dyson usually will 1/2 fill the cup, but after running this robot, there was almost nothin in the Dyson.Amazing.The wifi works perfectly. You can spot clean rooms or clean the whole house.This has no trouble getting up a 3/4″ threshold/ramp into one of my rooms.Absolutely love it!I bought it for the suction and mapping, and didn’t even realize it empties itself!There are several bags included for the self-emptying station, as well as replacement brushes.I haven’t used the mop part yet, but that looks easy to use.Extra filter is also included.

Bad Mopping Function
Purchased in December, faulty by March. The mopping function is very touch and go- getting the unit to recognize the mop is super difficult. Also found that when it does, the unit will purge the entire water tank overnight, so we wake up to a puddle of water on our hardwood when we attempt to fill the tank. Vacuum function works ok.If you want to spend money, invest in a proper unit.

Reliable? Failed to find station.
Good machine. Reliable schedule. 80 minutes battery runtime. 3 weeks in use. Only once not collecting dust at the end. Used “collect now” function, which is very handy and must-to-have in my opinion. Wish it has more suction power and allows manually adding carpet area to the map.Downgrade to 4 star from 5, because it failed to find the charging station today. Has to unplug the power of the station and replug it back.
