One common reason is weak signal due to long distance between the router and the doorbell. Please ensure your router is within range or use a dual-band Wi-Fi extender to improve signal strength.
Do I have to pay the cloud storage service? ( No )
No. The cloud storage is optional. You can use this video doorbell with a 64 micro SD card
Can this doorbell work with both 2.4GHz and 5GHz WiFi ?
Yes. For outdoor installation, we recommend using 2.4GHz WiFi for better stability and wider coverage. For indoor use, both 2.4GHz and 5GHz WiFi are supported, so you can choose based on your home network.
Can I view the video on both my phone and computer?
Yes. Our dual-lens video doorbell supports both mobile app viewing and PC web viewing, but they use different platforms.

Need this these days
I’m really happy with this door camera! It’s a big improvement over the one I had before. The notifications come through as push alerts instead of only inside the app, which confused me at first, but customer service quickly helped me get it sorted out.Setup was simple, and everything has been working great since day one. The battery lasts a long time—we’re about two weeks in and it’s still over 80%, even with a fair amount of activity. The app is easy to use, and the video quality is very clear. I like that the camera captures the doorstep area so I can easily see when packages arrive. Being able to adjust the angle is a nice bonus too.Overall, this is a solid product for the price. It works right out of the box, the installation was quick, and recharging should be simple. Definitely recommend setting your own alert sound in the app so you never miss a notification.

Conceptually, I love this thing… just wish it actually worked as described.
Main issue is that the chime & doorbell do not seem to pair together at all but can be paired separate but they will not work together which means the SD card & chime are non-functional & taking up WIFI bandwidth for no reason. This also feels like a way to force users into the cloud service which was not what I want. The other issue is it just doesn’t work unless the app is open 24/7. What’s point if I don’t get a chime or a notification? Finally, connectivity, even on a WIFI 7, Fiber Modem, Mesh LAN, this thing has to be unpaired & resynced to the app constantly.Unfortunately, the support for this product, much like many products nowadays, just falls far from short… don’t bother with Amazon Support as usual unless you like wasting time & the manufacture just parrots the same troubleshooting steps provided by the App & user manual.This is a shame because I love the idea of the dual camera & I wanted something that didn’t require a cloud service if allowing me to use a Micro SD to store this. I work as a multimedia artist & voice work which means I’m in a office space that is soundproofed so I don’t hear people knocking on my door unless my office is open.All in All, I am surprised this product has the high rating it does because this is a pain to reliably setup or connect, video quality is wonky at best, & notifications are basically non-existent unless you keep the app open all the time can speak on durability or battery life because I am returning this product soon but needless to say, this is the second lemon I have gotten from amazon & I will not be attempting a third.This maybe a fluke or a singular defective product that I happen to get but based on the other reviews & my current experience, I would not recommend this product or dealing with the manufacture as a whole as they are not helpful either.Happy shopping out there!

Almost prefect.
As of right now this camera doorbell works completely prefect the two way audio actually works, recorded video is clear even the night vision when the lights are off, it was extremely easy to connect to my network it almost was like it could set itself up, the battery lasts for a good long time, my only complaint is the latch connection for the mounting plate, honestly a bad design my upper support clips for both the camera and the plate snapped while trying to put the camera on the plate luckily the bottom sorry clip is still intact and what’s mainly holding up the camera well a little masking tape helps with the rest. Would still recommend people to buy this doorbell camera.

Good product, worth buying
I absolutely love this wireless doorbell! The dual-lens design is so practical, providing a clear view of the area in front of the door and the ground, making it incredibly effective for surveillance. The 2K image quality is crystal clear, and the night vision is also excellent. The doorbell sound is loud and clear. The voice intercom is smooth, and the voice changer is fun and adds to the security.

Great purchase
Easy plug and play. I test it out in the house first as well as set all my settings before mounting it on my door. Due to where my door is and where I live. The best place was under the peep hole. Which was perfect 5ft recommend height for it. The safety sound is annoying but good. Its called the TAMPER ALERT ⚠️ 📢 😳. It will alert me if someone tries to take it down. I tried to put on the mount and forgot I need the small tool it comes with you take it off and put it on. Well; soon as I took it off. That thief/tamper alert went off and had me thinking im about to go to jail. Its so loud and annoying lol 😆. But good to know it works! Perfect color quality and all. Love it.

Terrible Product
Trash product doesn’t stay connected. I have to reconnect it daily. All my other cameras and devices have zero issues. My provider is good signal is great. Garbage Do Not buy.

The app is great and it works with alexa
Company: they take customer service seriously.The doorbell: battery life i charged it 3 weeks ago and it’s still in 45%.There’s no lag, the connection is amazing, the app works really good. With the notifications and it’s videos, so far i have not have a bad report, i have it set up so i get notifications on cars people and animals. The doorbell feature works amazing. It rings and alerts the phone. You can view the 2 cameras at once or separate. It also works with alexa.

Almost Perfect
The set up was fairly easy. I like that it has the 3M strip so that you don’t have to drill holes. I was specifically looking for that. I’m not sure why it does not capture all of the activity. However, it captures quite a bit. Overall, I am pleased with the product.
