A Wealth of Information at Your Fingertips!
I absolutely love the Alexa Echo! Easy to hook up. Nice sound. Answers all questions in just about any subject in a very short time frame. Easy to connect to the internet; brightness and sound are adjustable. I even watch Prime shows and movies in it.

Good, with a couple of annoyances…
Sound is decent for with a couple of exceptions. First, I haven’t been able to disable spacious audio which isn’t a biggie for background music. Second is quite a bit more annoying. I have the bass turned down quite a bit, and there are still certain frequencies that cause a noticeable rattle. We”re never played it above volume level 4, so it certainly hasn’t been abused. Other than that it’s been a decent purchase.

Not what I was hoping for with the issues
The item would not allow me to get past the instructions portion of setup. Every time I tried to connect it to the internet it said no connection found. Thinking if I restarted the device it would work properly still the same instance no connection to the internet also it would glitch and repeat it self several times. I ended up reaching out to the chat through Amazon and the tech guy in support also told me to shut it down and restart I tried all of what he suggested and still no connection and it continued to glitch. I also watch a YouTube video and notice that everyone was able to get there setup with no issues however I was not able to get connected to the internet or get past the setup prompts which leads me to believe that particular system still had issues connected to it. I ended up sending the item back.
