This may be refurbished, but you would not know it. It looks new and continues to work extremely well. It has done the Alexa+ update on its own and has a sharp screen and good sound.

Good, with a couple of annoyances…
Sound is decent for with a couple of exceptions. First, I haven’t been able to disable spacious audio which isn’t a biggie for background music. Second is quite a bit more annoying. I have the bass turned down quite a bit, and there are still certain frequencies that cause a noticeable rattle. We”re never played it above volume level 4, so it certainly hasn’t been abused. Other than that it’s been a decent purchase.

I absolutely love the Alexa Echo! Easy to hook up. Nice sound. Answers all questions in just about any subject in a very short time frame. Easy to connect to the internet; brightness and sound are adjustable. I even watch Prime shows and movies in it.

New Alexa isn’t so great.
It is hard to review this product. But first I can tell you that I have a Black Echo but the cord is white. Why?Alexa now has a new program Alexa Plus. This doesn’t work well all the time or even things that work don’t always work well.And once you change to Alexa plus then all your echos are changed.I no longer can easily do anything. And I can’t even figure out how to get my photos to easily show all the time.Alexa has new voices even if you like tho old voices.So is there a group?
