Not all zigbee devices can work with our hub,they must support Matter’s boundary routing. When configuring the network, please connect your phone to the wifi to ensure that the phone and the smart gateway are in the same wifi network, only 2.4 GHz wifi is supported, 5GHz wifi is not supported.
