Flawless, works like a charm!
Excellent, works exactly as described, have been using 2 of them in Turkey for the last 10 days without issue. My wife has been charging her phone and AirPods while using her GHD straightener at the same time and had zero issues. Leave the giant power bricks and myriad of adapters at home, this is what you need.

Turns out to be pretty handy.
This is useful all-in-one charger, even for travel in the US. It has adequate power for IPads etc. The only quibble is that it is a bit heavy and unbalanced, so not always secure in the plug. But eliminates needing multiple chargers.

Good product but some issues
Good product in terms of specs. The initial product showed 5 usb ports (an important reason for purchasing) but the piece I got had only 4 ports (the new product details now show only 4 ports). Also, the US adapter doesn’t fit snugly into US sockets, particularly when the adapter is horizontal (there’s some play & a fear that it will come out or fall out).In terms of usage experience, I have tried charging over 2 of the USB C ports & don’t have any trouble so far. The adapter also maintains normal temperature.Had some trouble with the UK & Euro sockets (wouldn’t retract for a while, but finally got it going – need to press down on the slider – may not be a product defect but actually a good feature to lock the adapter in place).Product has all the features but maybe some nervousness about whether it is durable – maybe only time will tell & by then it will be out of the return window.

１回日本のプラグに差し込み、使ったのち、プラグから抜くと、プラグの片方が抜け落ちました。たまたま初期不良だったとおもいます。これさえなければ、とても良い商品だとはおもいます。Customer Serviceに事情連絡しても、日本のリセラーに相談してほしいといわれます。日本のリセラーへのコンタクトする連絡先は、探してもなかなか見つかりません。なんとかしてもらいたいですが、仕事も忙しいので諦めています。

I actually ended up buying **3** because I wanted to give it as a gift after I used it. Its a universal travel charger that can charge a laptop and a phone at super fast speed simultaneously – while still leaving the “plug” space available. You can have 3 USB-C and 1 USB-A plugged in and charging and still have the plugs free. Its just so incredibly versatileEDIT: this is the 170 W version (I have 2 that are 100W). This is the third and I got it for another family member – even faster laoptop charging. Just ridiculous how good this is. Takes the stress out of carrying a bunch of chargers and this one device can charge everything and be used anywhere in the world
