I really wanted to love this robot vacuum because it does so many things right. In mop combo mode, it picks up dirt incredibly well and leaves the floors looking clean and fresh. It’s also impressively quiet, making it easy to run without disruption. On top of that, the price is very reasonable for the performance you get — I was honestly ready to give it a full 5 stars.Unfortunately, after about two weeks of use, I ran into a major issue: the vacuum stopped charging on its dock. No matter what I tried, it wouldn’t charge, making it unusable. Because of this, I have to return it.It’s disappointing because the cleaning performance and value are excellent, but reliability is just as important. If not for the charging issue, this would have been an easy 5-star product.UPDATE 2 MONTHS LATER: So I returned the one I initially posted on, and ordered a replacement. 2 months later I can say I absolutely love this vacuum. It’s a 5-star. It stays charged. Easy to clean. Not cheaply made. Love the mapping and how the app notifies you the cleaning results, such a clean bristles, empty bin, also you can locate it with the app. It really picks up the dirt and animal hair. I highly recommend.

This is by far the best robot vac mop combo I’ve had, I have had 4 others. *Purchase it.The quality is that of a far more expensive robot vac mop.Every feature is as described.It is intuitive and easy to set up.The remote and app is great.Cleaning is the best. The vac suction capacity is excellent and mop is very good.It cleans both carpeting and flooring well.The instructions are clear and well thought out.It arrives in nice packaging.They offer a 2 year warranty without extra cost. They are good on that.They helped me w an issue that was not on their end, immediately.I am not paid for this review.

Good performance in budget
This robot does a pretty good job at cleaning, I had rumba before and I can say the level of cleanliness this one offer is better than that one. Only one issue is it is unable to pick dirt from corners, so you may find some on edge of carpet or mats, but given the price, its ok. No issues with the product so far. Battery life is decent and it is able to map floor efficiently. Noise levels are pretty low too. overall a good one.

Great vaccum, especially for the price! Strong suction, cleans both our tile and medim-high thick carpeted floors very well. Setup was easy and intuitive and it mapped properly the first time. Setting up rooms was also very easy in the app. Overall, a very good choice.

AMAZZZING! Affordable & gets the job done! I have a husky & hair gets everywhere, I used to have to sweep/vacuum everyday now I don’t do either or! 100% life saver suction is good I’ve even put chip crumbs etc on the floor to see if it’ll pick it all up and it definitely did. Only down side is that it is a bit loud (if you have suction on max if it’s on standard it’s not as loud but I want to make sure it picks up everything so I always have it on max) so I usually turn it on in the afternoon to avoid waking my kids up & dog. Other than that 100% recommend.

A great little robot. We have 2 dogs one being a GSD who sheds a TON! Overall robot does a good job keeping the house tidy. It does of course require maintenance every other day. If you have a larger home with at least 2100 sq ft the battery will last if you section off rooms. The water compartment is rather small and honestly doesn’t do a great job at mopping. Other than that, it has good suction and decent battery life. Would I purchase again with a GSD probably not but to me help is help. *be prepared to clean roller a lot if you have a longer hair dog. In the pictures it shows how there is little to no hair on the floor. Second picture shows how the robot mops. (Similar to a 2 yr old).

Looooove it so far wonderful investment
I have 4 children and 2 of them are under the age of 5, this purchase has been one of the best purchases I’ve made in a long time and helps a lot around the house I have it set on a schedule to vacuum when my house isn’t so active to give Rozey space to help us out. It is kind of loud and it also has a voice to let you know when any issues may occur with it and when it’s about to start cleaning. Set up was really easy especially if you are good with tech you have the ability to download an app to set up where it cleans when it cleans make a high traffic area that you would usually clean off limits if you don’t want it to go to that area and clean that cycle. It does a really good job of sweeping definitely was a lot better the first few months of having it. Moping portion of the system does ok I guess you could say but it gives clear instructions to only use water and when asked if I could use a diluted product it was not recommended and if I did my warranty would be likely voided so it’s more of something for spot cleaning a quick mess off the floor so that no stains are made.

4th time using the robot vacuum, it cleaned the same area over and over. The first 3 times of use, the vacuum worked well and cleaned my whole 2000 sq ft. After recharging and cleaning the brush, the Monsga Robot Vacuum cleaned my whole house with few problems. The major issue at this point, the vacuum keeps getting stuck on the fringe of my rugs. It sends me a message on my phone that it is stuck. I move it and then it runs just fine.

Ich bin absolut begeistert von diesem Saugroboter mit Wischfunktion! Schon beim ersten Einsatz hat er mich überzeugt. Dank der LiDAR-Navigation findet er sich problemlos in meiner Wohnung zurecht und erstellt eine sehr genaue Karte. Dadurch fährt er die Räume systematisch ab, ohne Stellen zu vergessen – ganz anders als mein alter Roboter, der oft chaotisch unterwegs war.Die 5000Pa Saugkraft merkt man deutlich: selbst feiner Staub, Tierhaare und Krümel auf dem Teppich werden gründlich entfernt. Das Anti-Tangle-System funktioniert ebenfalls zuverlässig – auch lange Haare oder Katzenhaare wickeln sich nicht mehr ständig in die Bürste. Besonders praktisch finde ich die Kombination mit der Wischfunktion. Der Wasserfluss ist gleichmäßig, und für die tägliche Reinigung von Hartböden reicht es vollkommen aus.Die Akkulaufzeit von 180 Minuten ist mehr als ausreichend, um meine gesamte Wohnung in einem Durchgang zu reinigen. Über die App-Steuerung kann ich bequem Reinigungspläne erstellen, No-Go-Zonen festlegen oder den Roboter auch von unterwegs starten. Wer lieber klassisch bedienen möchte, kann dafür die Fernbedienung nutzen.Alles in allem ist dieser MONSGA Roboterstaubsauger eine große Hilfe im Alltag. Besonders für Haushalte mit Tieren, Teppichen und Hartböden ist er eine klare Empfehlung. Endlich mehr Zeit für die schönen Dinge im Leben, während der Saugroboter mit Wischfunktion die Arbeit erledigt!

Hallöchen :)Nach ein paar Tagen Nutzung kann ich echt sagen, dass das gute Stück sein Geld wert ist! Wenn man preis Leistung vergleicht macht das ding mehr als nur seinen job. Es ist echt angenehm, nach der Arbeit nach Hause zu kommen und der Boden ist schon fertig:)Kann ihn echt nur empfehlen, hatte vorher zwar noch keinen staubsaugroboter aber denke in der Preisklasse kann da nicht viel mithalten. Hat in sekunden den ganzen Raum für sich gescannt und fährt ihn danach systematisch ab!Von mir gibts 5 Sterne.

Ich war anfangs skeptisch, aber dieser Saugroboter mit Wischfunktion hat mich wirklich überrascht. Die Saugleistung ist stark, und die Wischfunktion hinterlässt den Boden sauber ohne Streifen. Besonders praktisch ist die App-Steuerung – ich kann Zeitpläne einstellen und sehe genau, wo schon gereinigt wurde. Für den Preis ein super Gerät, das den Alltag deutlich erleichtert.

Der Roboter kam schnell und sicher bei mir Zuhause an. Das Auspacken des Roboters macht Spaß und fühlt sich direkt hochwertig an. Der Roboter macht genau auf das was er soll, saufen und wischen. Auch etwas stärkere Verschmutzung sind kein Problem. Das Gesamtpaket stimmt und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist super. Ich kann des Roboter nur empfehlen. Auch enge Räume sind kein Problem (siehe Bild)
