How to set up the lock?
Download the “Tuya Smart” app, enable Bluetooth, enter the initial password 123456, wake up the lock, connect to tuya, and then add a password. The entire process takes approximately 2 minutes.
Can it store more than one password？
Yes, NexusLab padlock can store up to 10 unique passwords
Why does the battery show as empty after just a few uses?
The unlock process drains the 2032 battery quickly due to high power use. This triggers a low battery warning, but the battery isn’t dead. After resting, the voltage recovers and the display returns to normal.
Can we see users’ usage data?
No. All user usage data is encrypted in real time. Our system has no permission for us to view it, and data access requires multiple audits. Our staff cannot access or view any user usage data at all times.
Are there any additional fees, such as platform software subscription fees?
There are no additional fees of any kind, and no monthly software subscription fees are required.

GOOD FOR GYM LOCKERS
The lock feels durable and sturdy. The instruction is pretty clear cut for the lock to work, as you custom your combo (numbers are from 1-9 only). Combination MUST be in 6-digits.The app works well. I dont use the app often, but it does have features for multiple users (e.g., indicating users, dates, and times when the lock was activated or triggered). The battery it came with, lasts long, granted I’m the only one that uses the lock whenever I head to the gym (indoors) 6 days a week. As for the size, its almost the same as the as the Master Combo although the diameter of the shackle is not as thick.

Don’t worst your the money in this product Poor quality and also don’t work, It’s not worth the price. I can’t change the code even I followed video instructions and manual instructions.

Very easy to setup the APP and the lock itself is quite easy to operate. It is push button and snaps open easily. No pulling or tugging.

Cool, fun but not dependable.
Would be fun for the kids to dink around with. After 2 weeks of having it secure my locker at work, I was unable to unlock and access it via the provided app. After cutting the bolt to get access to my work equipment, I did, out of curiosity, change the battery to see if it was dead. It still did not operate after changing the battery.

I loved this lock. But then after couple of it. Stopped working. It wouldn’t no longer launch at all, tried everything I could have think of to try to get to lock but nope.
