    Great coffee maker!
We’ve had some good coffee makers, but after using this one for a month and a half, I think it’s the best. One of the great things about it is that all of the parts that come into contact with the coffee grounds are removable so that they can be cleaned. The grounds adapter (water dispersal plate) that normally is integrated in the top of the coffee maker is removable so that it can be washed and dried. Most importantly is the water tank, which in most coffee makers is part of the main body of the coffee maker, is a mounted, removable clear tank that can be rinsed and dried, whereas previous coffee makers we’ve owned have a tank that is part of the base, which are extremely difficult to clean with any degree of satisfaction. They typically build up a scum over time that consists of coffee “dust” and oils combined with water minerals (and in some cases MOLD!) that even a vinegar/water mixture doesn’t clean, and trying to get a bottle brush into all those nooks and crannies is nearly impossible. With this unit, the only part that is essentially unreachable is the tube that leads from the base under the water tank to the top of the unit where it comes out to the grounds adapter, but that should be easily cleaned by cycling a vinegar/water mixture through the coffee maker regularly. Basically, everything else that comes into contact with the water or the coffee grounds can be removed and cleaned. My belief is that since the unit is so easily cleaned, the coffee quality should be better over the long term. This unit brews a full pot of coffee in about 12 minutes, which is pretty quick. The coffee that we’ve brewed tastes excellent and is the perfect temperature. You can select “Classic” or “Rich” brew, but we’ve found “Classic” to be all we need. You can also set the temperature to Low, Medium or High, but we’ve only brewed at Medium. We have not yet used the K-cup feature, although it is just a matter of swapping out the grounds adapter with the pod adapter (K-cup plate) – no tools required, just snap off the grounds adapter and nest the pod adapter into the brew basket (filter basket)- but nobody has been in the mood for hot chocolate, and the coffee is so good, we don’t have the need for any specialty brews that are available in the K-pods. The unit comes with a storage adapter that snaps onto the back of the unit, but this takes up counter space, so we just keep the pod adapter in a drawer. There is also a handy coffee measuring spoon that snaps into the left side of the unit, but we don’t really use that, either, since our coffee bean canister has its own spoon. The only drawback to this coffee maker – which caught me by surprise the first time I brewed coffee – is that it does not have a pause feature that automatically pauses the drip when you pull the carafe out when the brew is in progress. Instead, there is a manual lever (drip stop) you slide from left to right that shuts off the drip. If you try to start a brew with the lever in the closed position, the unit will beep at you and will not start the brew. If you do it during the brew, it will allow it but will beep after 30 seconds to remind you to replace the carafe and pause the brew if you leave it closed for 5 minutes. I have to think that the brew basket will overflow long before 5 minutes, but I’m not going to test that theory! I typically let it brew to completion, and it will beep a few times when it’s done. Then you can slide the switch to “Closed” just to make sure you don’t get any stray drips when you pull out the carafe. The max capacity of the carafe is stated as 70 ounces or 14 cups (a “cup” is 5 ounces), but you can select as little as one cup to brew and when you go to the max capacity setting, it says it is 65 ounces, which would only be 13 cups. That may be because it leaves a few ounces in the bottom of the tank to prevent the tank from sucking air into the intake tube. But the capacity has been satisfactory for us.I should also state that this is a very attractive machine. It fits easily on the counter under our kitchen cabinets, and it is easy to pull out so that I can access the coffee filter (and so it doesn’t heat the underside of the cabinets where my LED lighting is installed). All in all, a great coffee maker that I highly recommend. I purchased mine as a “renewed” unit at a reduced price, but that was primarily because they no longer sell the larger capacity unit new (just the smaller “12 cup” unit). But I was very pleased with the renewed unit, all the parts were there, it was clean and shiny and new looking, although it seems they tested it with K-pods of hazelnut coffee because there was initially a very strong hazelnut smell that dissipated after cleaning the unit and running the first brew of regular coffee. One last thing of interest: I’ve been using cone filters for years and never realized that I was using them incorrectly until I got this coffee maker. The instructions tell you to fold the filter at the side and bottom seams before placing in the brew basket. Wow! It fits so much better! Duh!

Finally—A Coffee Maker That Actually Delivers on Everything! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
I’ve gone through more coffee makers than I care to admit, and I can honestly say the NINJA DUAL BREW PRO HOT & ICED COFFEE MAKER is the first one that truly checks every box.✅ It looks nice on the counter without taking over the whole kitchen.✅ No complicated setup, no guessing, just good coffee and fast!✅ But what keeps me loving it, is how well it actually performs. The difference between the classic and rich brew ☕️settings is noticeable (not just a gimmick), and the iced coffee🧋 feature is hands-down my favorite—no more watered-down coffee halfway through the glass. It actually tastes like something you’d pay way too much for at a coffee shop.✅ I also didn’t realize how much I’d appreciate being able to switch between K-pods and ground coffee. On busy mornings, pods are a lifesaver, but when I have a little extra time, using my favorite grounds makes it feel like a treat. It’s rare to find a machine that does both this well.✅The 60 oz removable reservoir is another underrated feature—less constant refilling, and it’s super easy to take off and clean. Same with the dishwasher-safe parts…because let’s be honest, if it’s annoying to clean, being able to put those parts in the dishwasher is a lifesaver!BOTTOM LINE: This isn’t just another appliance—it’s one of those purchases that actually makes your daily routine better. If you’re debating it, I’d say it’s 100% worth it. 💥💥💥💥💥

    Excellent
This Ninja14 cup is by far the best coffee machine I’ve owned. It seems to brew at the higher temperature that’s recommended by coffee experts. I bought it refurbished and it looks and performs like new. It took a little bit to figure out exactly how the delay brew and amount to brew works but it turns out it’s pretty intuitive when you get the jest of it. It was a small learning curve. I had to go on line for the instruction manual for other details. I have a Ninja blender and air fryer/toaster oven that are equally good. Excellent engineering and high quality materials.

    Great coffee!
Great coffee maker. It took me a few minutes to figure out how to switch from pod to a pot. But,after I figured it out it was easy! I like that it makes the coffee nice and hot! And the water carafe is easy to refill. Would never know it was refurbished. Seemed new to me.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ – My New Favorite Coffee Maker!
I am beyond impressed with my (Renewed) Ninja Drip Coffee Maker. Honestly, it’s comparable to my Nespresso in taste and quality, but it wins big when it comes to value. Being able to use K-cups means I can still enjoy a huge variety of flavors without being locked into pricey pods — and the savings add up fast. The brew quality is smooth and rich, and I love that I can make anything from a quick single cup to a full pot for guests. The machine looks sleek on my counter, works quietly, and heats up quickly. Even though it’s renewed, it feels brand new — spotless, sturdy, and reliable. If you want coffee shop flavor without the coffee shop price (or the Nespresso pod bill), this is 100% worth it. I’m officially a Ninja convert!

    Wow!
I never buy “refurbished” but I have been through 3 coffee makers since my old Keurig stopped working – a month ago. Too complicated, coffee wasn’t hot enough or strong enough, none satisfied me. I took a risk with this “refurbished” Ninja. It didn’t come with a user manual so I had to wing it. I am so glad that I did. I can’t remember when I had such a good cup of coffee. It’s as hot as I prefer and as strong as I prefer. Two days later — stopped working!I HIGHLY recommend it.

Great Machine; Does Not Include Instructions
Did not come with instructions or explanation of any kind. I figured out the plastic part for pods fits in the back for storage. Makes good coffee.

    Nice machine.
Pretty happy with this machine as a coffee maker for full pots. It works decent with pods, but not as good as a dedicated pod machine.I recommend getting the Melitta filters with the measurements, it’s much more accurate than using the scoop. It brews pretty quick.

Well deigned machine. Makes all styles of coffee really well. Have not tired iced coffee yet but I’m sure it will perform good. Great sized water reservoir. The intelligence of this machine is good, and easy to understand. Worth the money for sureBe sure to have all of the right method parts installed for the function you desire. Read the manual briefly it is not complicated but it is a quicker understanding.
