Should come with instructions
No instructions in box. Figured out how to adjust the foam amount by trial and error. Pretty dispenser.

Seller was very responsive and helpful!
There are no instructions included with the soap dispenser. Can’t for the life of me figure out how to open it to put the soap in. If I don’t get an answer in a day I’m going to be returning it. On the upside it’s pretty.Update: The seller responded right away with the solution. The top and the bottom just unscrew. Given that I changed my ratings, I’m very happy with this purchase!

Encourages hand washing
Great product. It works as described. Nice to have an automatic pump. Since it is fun to use, kids are encouraged to wash hand. Highly recommended,

Pretty and So Easy To Use
– Initial thoughts: cute color and lightweight design are appealing. My kitchen is where I plan to use it, which is themed pastel in color year round, so it adds a nice pop of color.- When I went to fill it up the first time, I was somewhat gentle and gradually used more force to open it. Not sure if mine was made faultily, but I was worried I was going to break it or drop it/have the bottom half fly across the room once I opened it. Maybe it’s just because it’s new and needs some breaking in?- When I closed it after filling, I accidentally put the fill indicator window/line on the back of it. I assumed it’d automatically have to fit back on in a front-facing manner. Apparently it can be visible or located on the back depending on how you close it back up/what your preference is.- (Silly me?) The box indicates there’s a “soap volume control switch” which I thought meant the literal volume/loudness/quietness, not the volume/amount of soap (4 settings to choose from). After realizing what it actually meant, I did appreciate that I could modify the amount of soap that dispenses each time. Modifying the actual volume of the machine did sort of seem like a silly feature anyway! Obviously quietest is best.- There are small indicator lights located on the top to display the current charge level and soap volume, but they only appear when the machine is in use or when the “power button” has been touched on the top of it. It bothered me that they disappeared when I tried to change the setting, every time I modified the amount of soap to dispense while testing it out. This consistent thing made me think what I attempted to change didn’t work/apply. I’d rather it stay lit until shortly after soap has been dispensed or provide a little time after tapping the button to make it clear that the change applied.- I appreciate the charging convenience of using a USB-C charger, since that’s very common in households nowadays. They provide a short cable in the box but I don’t need it. That’s good though for someone who may need it.- Watch out for accidental soap release when grabbing it to move it, or trying to open it for filling or fixing direction (me switching the fill window from backwards to forwards mentioned above triggered soap dispensing). A very minor thing, just something to think about when approaching it! That should tell you how easy it is to get the soap out when you need it. Just stick your hand under, and the soap starts dispensing with no hesitation or problem whatsoever. You’re not waving your hand around like in a public restroom. The sensors are pretty sensitive.- For me the kitchen is the perfect location to keep it. When cooking, my hands can both get covered in messes at the same time pretty often, such as from rubbing in spices onto raw meat. I have a regular dish soap bottle at my sink and would rather not touch it with messy hands like that, or have to request someone else to come in and help me out. A small inconvenience but I cook often so this happens a lot, so it will be convenient for me.- 2 mounting stickers are provided, which is a nice option to have. I’m considering having it hang above the sink on the side of my cupboard, as I have young kids who love messing with things. There’s also a small squeeze bottle included, which may help some with filling the dispenser. I didn’t use it because I forgot about it until after I had already filled it.- Overall I think I’ll like having it in my kitchen. I filled it with generic Walmart brand soap first in case it didn’t work properly or didn’t meet my standards. It works just fine! And the best thing of all, the price is amazing.

Perfect Soap Dispenser, Great Color!
I have a few of these automatic soap dispensers throughout my home. The Seafoam color is so pretty and complements my blue-tiled bathroom perfectly. This soap dispenser is very easy to use! I posted a photo of the instruction manual I kept from the same dispenser in a different color, since this one didn’t come with the manual.Unscrew the unit at the center silver ring by twisting the top and bottom halves in opposite directions to open and fill. It says to use 3 parts water to 1 part liquid soap, but it’s quite forgiving, so you don’t need to be persnickety, unless you want to, lol! I use about a third-ish of liquid soap, which I can see through the clear window in the front, then gradually add water and swirl to mix, then continue filling it almost to the top with water (leave room for the pump). After closing, I swirl it around a little more to mix well, and it’s ready to go. It does come with a convenient mixing bottle, but I found it unnecessary. After charging, a long press will turn it on or off. There are two vertical columns of four blue indicator lights on top of the unit, on either side of the power button. Touch the power button to scroll through the 4 soap volume levels; the indicator lights on the left will show 1 light for the smallest amount and 4 lights for the largest. The lights on the right will show the remaining battery level when you power it on and after each use, so you can charge it when it’s down to one light. In conclusion, I absolutely love this Wisekoti P11 Seafoam Automatic Foaming Soap Dispenser! The seafoam color is a real standout, adding a designer touch to your kitchen or bath. If you have more than one dispenser, you can get different colors and use one for hand soap and one for dish soap. It functions reliably every time, and its precise adjustability lets you dispense the perfect amount of wonderfully foamy soap for your needs, saving you money by using less soap. It stays cleaner and doesn’t transmit viruses and bacteria because it’s touchless, and doesn’t accidentally get triggered by random movement, even though I keep mine right on the edge of the sink. The sensor has the perfect range and will dispense soap only when your hand or a sponge is directly beneath the spout. Its battery life is truly amazing, and it can go for a few months without needing a charge. Very easy to clean: just power it off (make sure the cover is on the charging port) and rinse it under water or wipe it down with a cloth. Durable construction withstands daily use (and me accidentally knocking it into the sink a few times while cleaning). It can also be wall-mounted and comes with 2 self-adhesive hangers. This is honestly the best-designed soap dispenser I have ever used!
