Excellent customer service
*** Updating this review ***I have no issues with the product, my issue is with the app, the product was easy to install, no issues programing it and everything works fine EXCEPT for the AP, the door will not lock or unlock via the app. It will work fine with the keypad, I can lock it and unlocked it, but not with the app. In fact, if I lock the door manually, the app would show it locked (normal right?), but if I try to unlock it with the app, it will show unlocked, for a fraction of a second then go back to locked. if I open it with the keypad, the app will still show it locked… I uninstalled and reinstalled it but nothing changes.I just got home from work and found the lock dead, tried new batteries and still it would not come on, this thing went from bad to worst… Still waiting for the seller to replace it which they agreed initially but never sent one. I guess they were waiting for the grace period to expire… DO NOT BUY THIS LOCK!! or from this seller.If I ever get the replacement or my refund I would be willing to change this review but until then it remains as low as possible.*** Update on April 27, After a few weeks of waiting I received the replacement Philips Smart Lock. Apparently the first shipment got lost in transit, I got the new one about a week ago, immediately installed it and have been testing it successfully for 5 days. everything is working as expected, the app works, finger print works, and the touch pad works. I am Very satisfied with the lock, but most of all I am truly satisfied with the company as whole… Thank you Philips for the excellent customer service.

Philips Lock: Smart Entry Done Right?
Alright, the Philips Built-in Wi-Fi Smart Lock is pretty slick! Installation was a breeze-my husband just swapped out our old deadbolt in about 10 minutes, no special skills needed. The quality feels strong and heavy for a solid entry way lock. The keyless entry is so convenient; I love just tapping my phone to unlock it or using the fingerprint scanner- it’s very responsive and unlocks/locks within a couple seconds. Wi-Fi setup was smooth through their app, and I can share temporary codes for guests, which is super handy for neighbors and cleaning services. Real-time alerts give me updates on if the door is secure, so no more wondering if I left the door open at 2 AM. Battery life hasn’t been an issue for us this far – it takes 8 AA batteries though, so easy to replace when the time comes. Only gripe? The fingerprint reader can be picky when my fingers are wet – minor, though. Overall, worth the price for a solid smart-lock!

Very happy with this upgrade
We replaced our Schlage lock with this Philips smart lock and have been very happy with it. The setup was easier than expected, the touchscreen works well, and the app makes it simple to manage access. The built-in WiFi is a big plus since we can control it without needing extra hubs or accessories.It looks good, works reliably, and has been a great upgrade for our home. So far, we are very pleased with the performance.

Solid smart lock works well
We really like this lock! Fingerprint entry is so convenient, and the keypad and keyed options as a backup make it a can’t miss lock. From reviewing Phillips website, this model has a BHMA security rating of 2. For a front door, we felt this was quite important.The only downside involved an aspect of the software, on sharing the app with another family member or friend. I always took pride in being somewhat tech savvy but this feature just frustrated me. I’ll come back to it in a few weeks and see if I can figure it out.Installation was straight forward. So far, it’s a keeper and unless something radically changes, I’d recommend it. I am anxious to see what the btery life actually proves to be! 🤞

One less set of keys to carry
So far so good. Because I am notorious for leaving keys behind I figured I be safe with this product. It can lock and unlock via key, finger print, and through the app, wifi, and bluetooth. Install was just like any other door lock. It works with 8 batteries (included) and it informs you the charge level of the batteries. Customer service was friendly and in the US! The reason I called customer service waws I was having trouble setting up establishing my fingerprint but I was overlooking a simple step. All in all very happy

Easy Install
So far, so good. Super easy to setup on a standard US door. We’ve only been using it for 2 days, but the functionality has been flawless. The auto-locking has worked as expected. We haven’t had any issues adding or using the fingerprint options. The app is really easy to navigate. We went with the nickel option, but it almost doesn’t matter since the touchpad and fingerprint pad are black.

Great Lock, except!
Edit: Right after I wrote this review, the fingerprint reader stopped working. Luckily, I was still in the return window and was able to do an exchange. Will update review after I’ve had the new one for a while.Had this lock for a couple of weeks now. Installation was a breeze. I left the existing bolt in place, so that sped things up a little. The app walked me thru initial setup, including connecting to WiFi, setting the admin pin, and programming a couple of fingerprints. That all went smoothly. Operation over the last two weeks has been flawless. One con, is that the lock uses 8 AA batteries. To be seen, is how long they last. Also, I would like to be able to turn off the voice prompts, and leave the touch panel sounds on, by they are either both on or both off. Overall, I really like this lock, and the fact that it’s a name brand.

Great product, easy to install including the mobile app (iPhone). So far so good, works as expected. Finger print recognition works well.
