The color-changing flame effects are absolutely beautiful and let you customize the ambiance to match any mood—from warm, cozy tones to more modern, vibrant colors. It really elevates the look of the room.The heat settings are another big plus. You can easily adjust the temperature to your comfort level, and it does a great job warming up the space without being overwhelming. It’s perfect for chilly evenings.The remote control makes everything super convenient. I can switch colors, adjust the heat, or turn it on and off without even getting up. Overall, it’s stylish, functional, and incredibly easy to use—definitely a great purchase!

Beautiful fireplace
The fireplace is beautiful and has some nice options to customize (flame color/speed). Puts out good heat. I have it under a Samsung Frame TV and my kids love matching the fireplace to whatever artwork is on the TV at the time.

Was a bit hesitant buying a lower-cost wall heater/fireplace on Amazon, but it exceeded expectations. Easy to install, heats my office well, and looks great — not cheap at all. I’ve already gotten several compliments. Great purchase.

Beautiful electric fireplace.
This fireplace is beautiful. The amount of color combinations is great to set ambience. I loved the logs that it came with gives a unique look. Installations was easy. I initially had an issue with the fire speed, I emailed them and they responded within in minutes with a solution. Great customer services too.

Second times the charm
My first fireplace was defective and made a clicking sound. Super disappointed as we built out the wall to the precise dimensions of this model fireplace. It was functional and looked great mounted in the wall however the clicking was annoying. The company’s phone number was not in service but I was able to troubleshoot with the company’s chat feature. They sent me a link to try to solve the issue but I ended up purchasing another one that worked perfectly and my money was refunded for the first one. I took away a star because the customer service rep was rude when issuing my money back and I had to end up getting Amazon involved. But all was well in the end.

Best unit on the market
This unit is the slimmest one on the market, and has great “smart” features. I appreciate how many color settings and sound options it has. Very cool looking flame as well.
