Super useful for travel. Bulky size and less watts might be an issue for some
This was a game changer in Europe. Bought two because of a coupon promotion but had many ports for one charger. 35W won’t fully charge a macbook but when left overnight 35-ish watts over 4 devices is well enough to charge a tablet, your phone, earbuds and a smart watch.The charger itself is pretty chonky for a GAN charger and will fall off with a loose outlet like an airplane seat, but you can switch from US to European option for a more snug fit. The GAN part must be responsible for the cooler heat despite charging. So while it’s a small brick the size of a ring box, it give you the space of 2-3 chargers you’d bring alongI can’t comment on the safety features (luckily) such as the mention of circuit protection. This device is not grounded so try not to overload it with everything you can throw at it.We used the direct plug with a laptop charger and a streaming device cord. Just remember this is not a power convertor and should only be used with devices that already support 100–240V.While 60W+ is probably better for a piece of mind (such ditching your laptop brick and using it to charge while working or more battery intensive Quick Charging), the 8-14 price range is a great value for GAN despite it only being 35W.I’ll definitely leave this in my suitcase and have one less thing on the checklist when planning trips.

Primarily for UK sockets?
Oddly this has a functioning ground contact for all compatible plugs on the outlet side but only the UK plug has a ground pin, so this adapter will support grounded connections only when plugged into an UK style socket. The other two plug types only have the live and neutral prongs. Feels like a very middle of the road adapter. 35W PD USB-C port will support a smaller laptop under lower loads, and it’s got a good mix of two additional USB-C and 2 USB-A ports if you’re looking to charge several low power devices at once (total output is 35W or less). The size isn’t too big but could also be slightly more compact. Build quality is mostly good but the blank side panel is a bit creaky and the fuse holders are really hard to remove. You’ll need a really small screwdriver or similar slim prying tool to remove the fuse holders due to the bevel providing no lip to catch the top of the fuse holders otherwise. But it works well enough to convert most common plug types between each other and can still function as an USB charger even when you’re not traveling.

GET IT!
This was so great on my recent trip to SE Asia. Not only can I consolidate my charging to this one cube due to the number of outlets it has, the original plug can still be used because this has plug ins on it as well. I have nothing but good things to say about it.

Good for traveling
Great travel adapter for south east Asia. During our trip. This adapter is all my wife and I need to charge our phone at the airbnb since it didn’t comes with chargers like the hotel.
