The soundbar has only static when watching TV, what’s the problem?
The soundbar is not compatible with Dolby and DTS, please kindly disable the related settings on both your TV and video streaming APPs; Besides, setting the TV audio output format to PCM or Stereo.
Can I use my TV remote to control the soundbar? I don’t want to use two remotes.
Yes. Please reach out to us, and you can get an additional remote which is compatible with Roku TV or Roku EXPRESS.Also,our soundbar is compatible with Fire TV/Stick remote, and Google Chromcast remote.
My remote is broken , how do l get a replacement remote?
A free remote can be provided as per your request.
I have connected the soundbar with my TV via bluetooth, and how can I connect it with my smartphone?
You will need to disconnect the bluetooth connection by press and hold BT on remote for 2S before connecting it with another device via bluetooth.
How long is the length of the power supply cable and optical cable?
It’s 1.5m for power supply and 1.2m for optical cable.

Small and compact
For the price you can’t beat it! It’s small and compact so when you mount it you don’t have to worry about it falling off the wall if you can’t find a beam in the wall. Sound quality was just enough for what I needed in my apartment. The setup was very simple because the speaker automatically paired with my firestick. All I had to do was plug the optical cable into the TV and the speaker and I was up and running. Speaker’s in my order model Sony TV are blown but the TV worked great so this was the next step rather than replacing a 60” that still has life. Only thing I don’t like is how you have to hook the speaker onto the screws if you choose to mount it on the wall. Like the quality and price so much I ordered one for the bedroom TV as well.

Impressive little thing!!!!
This soundbar Speaker and its Subwoofer can make a whiny TV sound terrific. When I ordered it, I had low expectations. But from the moment I connected it to the TV via the provided Optical Cable and turned it on, I was delightfully impressed by its performance. Moreover, it is very easy to set up and operate through the provided remote control … Five stars!!!

I tried the highly touted and hyped Roku Soundbar SE.. jury is still out on that product.. but a Soundbar/speaker has no need whatsoever to be connected to WiFi or Internet.. that’s freaking dumb.. it refuses to connect to my WiFi claiming weak signal.. TV, Tablet, phone all work n connect fine..this new product connected instantly (via hardware ) and worked as advertised and was 1/3 the price. My space is small, but I have a lot of background white noise.. this device for its price works.. not gonna make your space into any kind of cinematic experience.. but will give you better sound and a higher volume level control for pennies😃

I’ve had this for a while now haven’t had one issue since I’ve gotten it. It works great. It sounds amazing and honestly, it’s really good value for the money and it connected to my TV through the aux ports perfectly with no issues and the remotes a little bit iffy, but it works pretty well

Magic to your Ears
The RIOWOIS Sound Bar for Smart TV is phenomenal, this sound bar is also compatible with non smart tv’s which is exactly functional for my needs. The setup process was simple taking me less than ten minutes to complete and the sound quality blew me away. The purpose of this sound bar was for my bedroom as a replacement larger sound bar with more bells and whistles though the RIOWOIS sound bar has extremely better sound system. The volume gets very loud and great if you want to listen to music, the functionality works well and I enjoy watching movies with the intense effects with my new device.

Still going strong
I have had no trouble with this about five months in. For the money, this is a solid choice. It sounds good and it gets loud. The connection can be annoying. I need to connect every time I turn on the TV with bluetooth but it works. It’s a garage sound system and it deals with the heat and the sawdust like a champ.
