Safe with Schlage!
This is a fantastic electronic deadbolt lock! We had several others in the past and finally found this one at a reasonable price for use with a smart phone. It wasn’t the easiest thing to install, mostly in trying to get the strike plate and bolt to line up, but once in place it is so nice to be able to program it without a paper clip and magnifying glass like the previous analog units. The key pad is easy to see and use. Creating a pass code for a one time visitor was so easy to do and undo! Most of all, we feel so much safer with this on our front door. And it is pronounces SH-lay-guh, one quick syllable. Amazing how many people butcher the name!

Easy Peasy Install and Works Great
I am a Senior citizen with reasonably good DIY skills. I found the Schlage Arrive deadbolt to be one of the most simple devices to install and setup. The Schlage App takes you through every install step with great pictorials. The WiFi deadbolt connected almost immediately with my 5G home network. The Schlage App takes you through all aspects of install and programming. Including registration and warranty. The only issue I had was that my door used extended lip strike plates on my door jam. The Schlage Arrive strike plate was a standard strike plate that did not align perfectly with my door and screw holes. I purchased an extended lip black strike plate through Amazon. I have had my deadbolt for 2-3 weeks and still have 98% battery power, no issues so far with battery life. The other thing is the outside keypad unit is a smaller width dimension than the inside deadbolt. My inside deadbolt piece barely fit inside trim on door.

Great lock
This lock is fantastic. I am very happy with it. Install was a breeze and it is made very well. I believe it is priced right and its auto locking will keep my family from forgetting o lock the door. It fit my door perfectly.

Unable to set it up with Wifi
0 stars if I could.Even though it was pretty easy to install physically, I could NEVER get it to connect to Wi-Fi (despite having the access point 5 meters away and in straight line of sight).Complete garbage.Schlage should be ashamed of producing and selling something like this.I had to return it, because of its inability to connect to Wi-Fi, it’s almost useless.

Excellent product.
One of the best investments to my home I have ever made. Saves time by allowing one button touch to lock the deadbolt. Also a one button touch lights up the keypad when it’s dark outside to help with entering your chosen PIN. The phone app alerts you whenever it locks or unlocks, you can check the status with a glance at your phone or make it function from anywhere phone service is available. No more fumbling with keys at your entry door. 🙂

Love the lock with one exception
I wish I could give this lock a 4.5 *. I love the lock and the software. Installation was easy and quick. My only beef is the lock handle on the inside. The lock handle is made of a light metal like aluminum and it rattles. It feels cheap and when you turn it to lock it jiggles. It may be petty, but it really bothers me to no end!

Expensive but great
This is my 2nd Schlage powered dead bolt. Fantastic. Makes life so much easier. Easy to install. Almost easy to set up the app. Battery life has been good.The key pad is a bit bright but not really a negative. The only negative is my wife likes to have notifications on when people leave or come home. Now I always get “where you going?”
