Excellent seat cushion
Highly recommend this cushion. Cradles butt and legs, taking pressure off the spine. You sink into it, and it maintains it’s shape. This is NOT one of those hard as a rock memory foam cushions. I have a compression fracture in my lumbar spine and this cushion allows me to sit comfortably.

Quality!! Firm stability, Soft cushion! This is not a cheap memory foam product. It has helped with my back, basically a new computer chair with this butt pad. I also had a lower lumbar pad. The combination works great, it you can’t afford a $250-300 office chair!!

Comfortable but you can’t sit on it forever.
this works well, but you can’t expect it to work all day. You have to get up and move around.It is comfortable for about 90 minutes to 2 hours. It fits well in my car, and also in a lawn chair. The thickness will make you adjust your car seat height and steering wheel. If you are a very large person and have your car bottomed out on the adjustment, this will not work for you. The height would be too tall.I get good pain relief. I do have a problem with my back and my hamstring, but this does relieve the pressure in that area.I still say you need to get up and move at least every 2 hours, minimum.

Really Nice – but not for “big and tall”
Bought for myself – now my wife is using it in the car! I bought it for my Big and Tall desk chair and it wasn’t deep enough – hit me mid thigh and that made it very uncomfortable (not the products fault – I should have measured better). My wife stole it and put it in the car – she RAVES about it – it was very soft and form fitting when I sat on it – really wish it was bigger for bigger guys – would love to see a super size version from this company – a bit wider for a man and longer for deep chairs. Highly recommend for the car and for more shallow chairs.On a side note – this company understands making opening up your new item special – I’m not going to ruin it for you (I’m sure another review might mention it) but definitely went a long way – enjoy opening your box when you get one – small gestures go a long way.

It’s nice BUT not for short people like me. It’s very thick so I had trouble sitting down because it made the chair higher for me to sit!

FINALLY, a cushion that works…for me.
FINALLY, with this cushion, I found a cushion that works for me.For years I’ve tried everything from pillow and “the best” square type cushions to alleviate the soreness and stiffness from longer drives. Previously, I would have to stop every two to three hours just to get out and slowly stand up to stretch out and knead some life back into by butt…much less squirming around while driving.I received this cushion three days ago, just in time for a seven-hour drive to a meeting then back again. After four hours to stop for gas, I got out with no stiffness but comparatively little soreness!! The two holes for those hard bones at the top of one’s legs seem to be the key element for this. Plus, the curvature, for me, places one’s weight on the backs of the thighs rather than the butt. What is interesting is for some time after I stopped driving there was this tingling along the backs of my thighs for a time – maybe just the body recovering from a new/different situation.Note: I have my seat set up so the seat tilt is lower in front. The height of the cushion, for me, has minimal effect, my only adjustment was adjusting the rear-view mirror.Some other observations: if one takes a curve at probably a higher speed than you should, you may experience a slight lateral movement with your body moving with padding of the cushion, it’s easy, we’ll much easier, to wiggle your butt around to massage the mild soreness in the back of the thighs and butt, finally, if you have lower back issues I cannot speak to the cushion’s performance for this situation…but, my guess is it may help.Final note, I’ll probably use this for the hard benches/seats at sporting events or events that have those hard folding chairs.I highly recommend this cushion – it is of different design, with different experience.

Too much bounce
This cushion is very thick and very well made. However I am returning it. Should have read the reviews before ordering. I sat on it for 2 hours and bounced constantly in my recliner. In fact, so much that I am nauseated. I weigh about 180 lbs.
