Perfect for getting the angle just right
I love this little thing!It feels very sturdy and has all the adjust-ability I could need with easy-to-grab knobs for loosening and tightening the various adjustment points.The magnet is strong enough to easily hold onto my phone and case; I’ve never had the phone fall out of the magnetic mount.It’s also pretty stylish, in my opinion, with a subtle logo in the center of the magnetic mount that’s visible when my phone isn’t covering it. Passengers often comment that it’s a good looking phone mount (it is!) when my phone’s not there.I originally ordered two, and while one of them came loose due to poor adhesion, I pulled it off, cleaned up the adhesive on my dashboard, and Syncwire’s service team promptly sent a replacement to me (thank you, June).

Stopped sticking after 2 months
I really liked this mount, it as working fine for over 2 months, but for some reason it stopped sticking this week. I haven’t moved it or anything and it is on a flat spot not in direct sunlight. I emailed the company to see if I could get a replacement adhesive base. They said yes, I just need to send a photo or video to show the problem. So, I sent a video and photo and then they told me the surface I have it on isn’t flat enough? I’m not sure how they determine that when it is indeed flat. So 1 star for poor customer service. I will update me review if they decide to replace it, or I’ll try to return it if it’s not too late.**Update, they sent me a replacement**

It can position everywhere and it’s strong.
I was hesitant because the rivet joint in the arm didn’t look like it locked down securely. I am happy to report that there is substantial resistance and it does not flop or move around once you locate it where you want it. There’s a wide range of adjustment. The whole assembly can be flipped over so it’s pretty limitless on the angles and positions you can achieve. I’ve got one now in all my vehicles and they’re all oriented in different spots.It’s very sturdy. It’s a solid design and a good hunk of aluminum. I go rock crawling in my truck and use the phone for nav and comms, despite some heavy bouncing and fast bumpy off road, the mount doesn’t move around at all. The phone is in an Otterbox Commuter and the magnet held it perfect all day. Great value considering the quality.

I was hesitant to order this stand after reading some of the reviews, but I’m really glad we gave it a try. We got it for my husband’s car, and so far it’s been flawless. It stays firmly in place and doesn’t move at all during use.We made sure to follow the instructions carefully, which probably helped, but overall it’s been a great purchase and works exactly as we hoped.

This car mount exceeded my expectations. All my previous car holders were a bit flimsy and unreliable, but this one is made from metal. Once you install it in your car, it holds rock solid. The important thing is to find a flat surface, so the base of the holder can stick to it completely. And another tip – always wait for 6-12 hours after attaching the base before using it with a phone.Pros:1) Strong build quality. Made from an aluminum alloy rather than cheap plastic, which makes it durable.2) Excellent magnetic hold. It uses powerful neodymium magnets which keep the phone firmly in place.3) Large adhesive base. There’s a 3M adhesive pad with a larger surface area than some other holders, so it feels quite stable.4) Compatibility. Works with MagSafe compatible smartphones with included metal rings or with corresponding cases.5) Good adjustability. The holder offers 360° rotation and ball-joint style adjustment to get an optimal viewing angle. Feels pretty convenient.6) An extra adhesive pad comes in the box, in case you need to reinstall the mount later.Possible Cons:1) Adhesion depends on surface preparation and “flatness”. The adhesive works best after cleaning the mounting surface and waiting for proper setting.2) If phone case is very thick or lacks MagSafe magnet/ring, the magnetic hold might not be strong enough.Overall, I’m very happy with this mount and would recommend it to anyone who wants a reliable, robust and flexible solution for their phone.
