Great Robot Vaccum
I used it for about 3months and overall it’s a great robot vacuum! It’s powerful, quiet, and the mopping function works surprisingly well. The battery life is solid, easily covering my entire floor plan on a single charge. It was very easy to set up with Alexa, and the remote is a nice touch for quick cleanups. If you’re looking for an efficient way to keep your floors clean without the hassle, this is a fantastic choice.One Wish:It sometimes gets stuck under sofa — yes, I can set up a barrier but it would great that the safe height/clearance is something configurable and the software can be more intelligent about it.

Bought and Returned
I just got it, ask me in 30 days. It was easy to get started and I did so in 30 seconds after unpacking and putting on the 2 brushes. So far, it’s doing good in a home with dogs. It does not empty itself and I didn’t realize how fast that dirt fills in the bin. The area I’m sweeping is about 1,000 square feet of normal living space. It does well over cords but I had to rescue it once out of a tangle of 2 cords. It does not auto mop – well, you have to put a mop attachment on it that’s included and fill with water – and when you do, it says it puts itself into mop mode – but I haven’t done that yet. It finds the charging port when its lights turn red.Our kitchen and dining table areas get a lot of traffic and fallen food that dogs won’t eat (usually vegetables) and it cleaned it up perfect. It goes over an area rug well and vacuums it.There is one no-vac zone strip to place on the floor if you don’t want it swept. I need more.You can download an app to set a schedule but it won’t let you do specific rooms.It’s rather quiet but you can still hear it.For the price of $113 I like it. Time will tell.I have a $650 roomba that wore out after a year but it did not mop – but it did empty itself and I only had to empty the trash bin once a month.I gave it 4 stars because it’s only been a day. If it lasts and no problems then it will get 5 stars. I’m happy with it right now.Returned today. Began having problems with it. It didn’t stay charged. It acted sporadically. It didn’t pick up. Had it less than a month.

A Fantastic Little Robot that Does Its Job Beyond Expectations.
Let me get the main point out of the way first: we are very impressed by the sleek, beautiful little robot’s capabilities. Setting up was easy, and it took little time to connect the vacuum cleaner to the control app. In merely minutes, it started roaming around the house, picking up anything and everything on its path. It was easy to see how thorough a job it did in open places, but it was the hidden areas, like under the beds, or sofas, or corners and hidden places where our regular vacuum seldom has a chance of venturing into, that demonstrate the true value of Tikom Robot Vacuum and Mop. Another feature that we really like is the ease of cleaning the robot. Again, it takes just a few minutes to get it to a condition like new, hit the Home Button, and the little robot will automatically return to the charging station, getting ready for the next round of vacuuming. Oh, did I fail to mention the battery life? It is more than enough to vacuum each floor without needing to be recharged. We can’t be happier about the purchase.

La verdad no soy de calificar las cosas, pero este robot aspiradora me impresionó, deja el piso muy limpio, su aplicación es fácil e intuitiva, me parece una excelente opción en cuanto a precio-calidad.El único punto negativo que le encuentro es que requiere cinta magnética para definir los límites a los que no quieres que acceda el robot y en la caja apenas hay medio metro. Mi recomendación es comprar mínimo otros 2 metros de cinta junto con este robot.
