Love this little helper! Huge step up from my old Mint.
Before this, I had the original Mint Automatic Robotic Hardwood Floor Cleaner. It was fine for its time, but it could only sweep and mop in a very basic way, with no mapping or smart features. When it finally broke, I decided to buy a new one.This new robot feels like a completely different world—much stronger suction, a real mop that leaves my floors looking fresh, and smart navigation that actually covers the whole room instead of bumping around randomly. Like other users mentioned, it was SUPER easy to set up, and now I just let it run while I do other things. Coming back to clean floors without lifting a finger feels amazing.It vacuums my hardwood floor well and mops my kitchen and living room floors so much better than I expected. It’s not too loud, the battery lasts a long time, and it always finds its way back to the charger without getting lost. Honestly, it just makes life easier. If you’re on the fence, go for it—you’ll be glad you did!If there’s anything to improve, I’d suggest making the robot’s voice announcements clearer—I still can’t quite tell if it says ‘start cleaning’ or ‘start thinking’ when it begins. 🙂

Impressive Suction, Smart Lidar Mapping, and Effortless Cleaning!
The Tikom L8000 vacuum cleaner has been a dream to use. Its build feels sturdy and high-quality, and the sleek design looks great in my home. The suction power and traction are impressive—it consistently picks up more dirt than I expected. What truly sets it apart is the lidar system. After just one sweep, it mapped my entire house with jaw-dropping accuracy. Through the app, setting up no-go zones and virtual walls was quick and easy. I’m especially impressed by how the robot avoids obstacles while still giving my floors a thorough clean. This is by far one of my favorite smart home products—powerful, precise, and worth every penny!

Better than I expected
For the price point, I was admittedly not expecting a lot out of this vacuum/mop. I primarily got it for the mop feature since I already have a nice robot vacuum. That said, I run this on max vacuum/mop AFTER running my other robot vacuum and it STILL picks up more pet hair that the first vacuum missed. The mop feature is….basically like dragging the same dirty damp rag around your whole floor with water and no cleaner. I just have it mop one room at a time and put a new cloth on for each room, which makes it slightly more effective. It does not replace actual cleaning/mopping AT ALL; I ran it after my dogs had tracked in some mud and there was a trail of muddy paw prints on the floor…the paw prints were still there when it was done “mopping”. But it does wipe up dust, which is nice between actual mopping sessions. The mapping was really fast and while it was a little clunky to figure out the first time, the app and map do work well.

1000sq ft apartment–I’m obsessed!
I recently bought this vacuum–mop combo for our open-concept, 1,000 sq ft apartment, and I’m so impressed. It sweeps and mops every floor beautifully, and the setup was a breeze. Mapping through the app was quick and accurate, and it navigates the entire space without ever getting stuck, I’ve never once had to go rescue it.The mopping feature isn’t the most heavy-duty, but for the price point it’s absolutely solid and gets the job done. I was a little worried about it “mopping” over our area rugs, but you can easily set no-mop zones in the app. Honestly, I only attach the mop when I need it for the kitchen and hallway anyway.For the value, convenience, and performance, this thing is 100% worth it. Just get it!
