[Precise Localization] The water leak detector has two leak detection modes.Users can quickly scan large areas to identify leak locations via GENERAL DETECTION MODE.In LOCATION MODE, signals from sixteen points are captured and retained in the screen’s data collection box. By comparing signal strengths, the exact leak point is pinpointed.
[High-Precision Sensors] The PQ125A water leaks detector features two DUAL MEMBRANE RESONANCE SENSORS DMR-H40&DMR-V59 for diverse indoor environments and operational needs. Sensors utilize a double-layer piezoelectric ceramic membrane with a unique frequency to receive acoustic waves. By detecting resonance amplitude changes between leak sounds and this specific frequency, it effectively captures leak noises inaudible to the human ear.

It”s accurate and gets the job done verry easly and fasty qui
It was great. Very well design. Good quality. Very good storage and carryi ng case. Very very accurate sound. Easy interface or software. Looks likes it’s has too much to asemble for use. But it’s really simple. Battery last for at least 3 o 4 jobs of a 2 hours each trying to find the leak. It’s not a cheap device. Don’t know how others can’t use it. I even listen the sound of the 3/8 gas line of my dryer inside another pvc tube under the concrete floor with porcelain tiles. It’s great.

Very, very nice item. Excellent quality.
This is a super neat device. I don’t think the description goes into enough detail, so I’ll try to touch on the high-points, though I am not trained to use something like this.It’s a Chinese manufacturer, and I noticed a typical spelling error on the parts list. The user manual, however, is clear and correct English, easy to understand and follow.The build quality is excellent. This thing is heavy, and heavy-duty. Everything seems exceptionally well-made, including the case, which is similar to professional cases that cost $150 or more by themselves. The screen is bright and easy to read, even outdoors.Essentially, you hang one of the two round detectors from a cord and move it above the ground, waiting for it to pick up a signal. This is NOT A WATER DETECTOR! That’s good. They’re will be moisture virtually anywhere you look. This detects the specific frequencies created by cracks or pinholes in water pipes. So, you’ll need to know approximately where the pipes run underground or under the floorboards to know where to test.The item SEEMS very functional. That said, I don’t have any leaks in my house, so I haven’t actually detected anything with it. That’s good for me, but means my review is incomplete on that part.Great quality and seems to be a very fair price. The manual is too long for me to upload pictures of the whole thing, but I included photos of some pages so you can see that it is clear and well-written. I expected significantly less than what I got with this.

Still going over the unit instructions.The case is very nice and the components are very protected. Just the case is worth half the unit..Well constructed components.. Talks mostly about pipe detection leaks. I need this to find a roof leak.Overall it is a very complete unit with a nice display screen and even a headsset.
