It works well
This item was easy to hook up and it works well. It seems to be pretty darn accurate. It reports back about every 10 seconds or so. When it does it’s extremely accurate. I do suggest this and I don’t suggest anything.

Perfect tracker for my motercycle. Has speed limit alert and many other features. Best part is no monthly bill. Its also very accurate. I will be purchasing another for my car.

I don’t usually leave reviews! But this is getting out of hand. I’ve had this two of these tracker product from this company. One for longer than a year and that tracker has been great. NOW… I can’t say that about my second tracker. It goes on and off as it pleases, sometimes for 20 plus days. I’ve contacted the company’s customer service.First: they told me to unplug it and plug it back up that should fix it. It worked for about an hour then stopped working again.I contacted them againSecond: they told me to open the tracker and make sure both lights are staying on solid blue and solid orange. So I did that. Both lights would be on then the orange light would blink and Both lights would go off. So I told them what the tracker was doing. They did nothing to help me.Third: they told me to take a video and then they would replace the product. So I took the video and now they are telling me to take the sim card out then put it back in.I told them I’ve already tried that all the last few times you had me open the tracker… that’s not working either.Long story short: don’t but from this company, find a different tracker from a different company.If they contact me to make this situation right I will update my reviewReview update: customer service: since my Review and Countless emails. They have sent me a replacement tracker which I much appreciate! I haven’t had time to install the new one yet so we shall see. But I think we should be good to go. I haven’t had any issues with my other tracker from these guys.

Worth the money and time
I rarely write product reviews, but this device truly deserves recognition. I’ve tried a couple of GPS trackers as a precaution in case my car ever gets stolen or towed, and this one has been the best by far. I specifically chose the hardwired version so I wouldn’t have to worry about regularly charging a wireless unit, and it has exceeded my expectations. Installation was straightforward, and it has been functioning flawlessly. I was initially concerned it might drain my car’s battery overnight, but after a full week of use, there have been no issues at all. The tracking is impressively accurate (down to the parking spot). Overall, the hardwired version has proven to be a reliable and worthwhile investment. I would recommend this to anyone

IT DOESN’T WORK
This product worked for 1 day then it would not work. I emailed the support desk at the supplier and this is the 1st they have heard of it not working. They asked me to take the sim and put in my own sim, try different codes. It is a total waste of money and will not work. Do not buy this product unless you want to lose your money and the vehicle you were trying to protect with the tracker in the 1st place. If my vehicle got taken I would never find it with the tracker. Stay away from this tracker. -5 stars

Great, as advertised
This thing is awesome. I’ve got one on my classic that doesn’t have a chip in the ignition. Every time I click on the app it reports to me no problems. Great GPS speed and accuracy. Glad it didn’t discontinue the application the week after I bought it. I’ve been using for months now and would buy again.
