Excellent product work well, setup was easy, video quality is great and I was able to link it with my Amazon echo show with Alexa. Awesome product!

Defective Unit Shorted Out and Fried My Transformer
I bought this because I already use Wyze cameras for my driveway and wanted to keep everything in one app. After wiring it up, the light flickered once and then stayed off. It wouldn’t enter pairing mode at all. I checked the unit with a multimeter and discovered that the power terminals were shorted. This defect actually burnt out my existing transformer, which had been working perfectly. I returned the doorbell and got a refund, but now I’m stuck paying for a new transformer.

Unreliable
This device is very unreliable. My internet is excellent so that’s not the problem. The doorbell only rings my phone 1 out of 3 times. All settings are correct, also running in the background is on. It just doesn’t stay connected. I’ll look at competitors to pick a new doorbell. Don’t waste your money on the Wyze brand.

Great value
replaced an older WYZE doorbell cam with this newer 2K camera. Way better video Quality and love that is takes an SD card like all the other cameras they sell. Initially had issues with camera losing Wi-Fi connection but after a few power resets the issue has gone away.
