Here is some tips to solve the compatibility of the ZigBee Hub:
1.The ZigBee Hub is only compatible with those Tuya Smart devices which can be added into Smart Life App or Tuya Smart App. It’s not compatible with other platform products. Please make sure your smart devices is compatible with Smart Life App before you purchase our ZigBee gateway hub.
2.Please make sure your wifi is 2.4GHz wifi. Because the ZigBee Hub is only compatible with 2.4 GHz wifi. It can not be connected with 5 GHz wifi.
3.Please connect the ZigBee Hub with your smart devices with following steps:
A. Please download the Smart Life App by scanning the QR code on the box or the user manual.
B. Please press the button on the ZigBee hub for about 5 seconds until the indicator light begins to flash quickly.
C. Please open your phone Bluetooth function at the same time.
D. Open your Smart Life App and tap the icon ‘+’ on the right corner to connect the ZigBee Hub.
E. Or you can choose to add the ZigBee Hub manually by choosing the category of the ZigBee Hub.
F. You can add other your ZigBee Devices when you add the ZigBee hub into the Smart Life App.
About Alexa:
Please logging your Alexa account on the Tuya Smart or Smart Life App. Then, you can add other Tuya protoclos sub-device into the Smart Life App or Tuya Smart App. And you will find the sub-devices icon on your Alexa App.
